The breakfast was within the self contained suite and was adequate and served it's purpose. The location was excellent for me as it is on the route of the Wealdway walk which I was doing. It is quiet and I had the best nights sleep of the seven nights I was doing the walk. The comfort of the bed is out of this world. There is a pub within 200 yards which serves food until 8.30pm.

United KingdomI loved the rural location and the decor. The host was welcoming, amiable and accommodating. The guest suite was comfortable, with all the facilities you'd expect. It was a good base for exploring the area or visiting the opera festival at Glyndebourne. I highly recommend it.

We stopped here for one night, to go to a wedding nearby. The place had everything we could have needed, with an especially comfortable bed and a lovely powerful shower. There village was also lovely but we didn't get the chance to have a proper explore. The host was super lovely, whilst the house is connected, there is a good separation for the annex that we stayed in and we didn't hear anything through the walls etc.

We liked the private guest entrance and the fact that it has a separate area for coats and shoes and also a nook with table and chairs, kettle and everything ready for a help yourself breakfast. Plentiful supply of fresh milk, teas, coffee, jams etc. The bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. Lovely views out onto the garden. There is a separate toilet and shower room. The owner Fran is so welcoming and keeps the suite spotlessly clean . We were so impressed and will return.

Very relaxing and enjoyable experience to stay at THE GUEST SUITE. Highly recommend, would not like anybody else to miss out on this little Gem in a beautiful Sussex village of East Hoathly. Would return.
