If I wanted to be picky, shower could of been easier to adjust the temperature, but not really a problem. Did'nt know there was a Bar there, maybe need to make it more prominent, with better signage.

Friendly and helpful staff, which makes a pleasant change to some of the other hotels I've stayed in. Great breakfast with plenty of healthy options. Liked the coffee machine. Easy parking, using the RingGo app, or via a £8 pay and display ticket from reception. Would definitely stay here again.

Like a lot hotels, the walls were quite thin and sadly other guests were very noisy especially when they came in late at night.

Was in a lovely location, with Plymouth Hoe less than a minute’s walk. 10 minutes to the theatre. The staff were lovely and helpful. It was very clean.

Parking is a little restricted. There are free parking places behind the hotel, but if it is busy, I can imagine these would not be enough for all the guests so book in advance! There is ample on street parking outside but you have to pay for this, though reduced rates are available from the hotel

The hotel is well looked after and very clean. The rooms were clean and the bed really comfortable. It was nice and quiet so had a great nights sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great as well. Really couldn't find any fault

The hotel is somewhat tired and could do with a revamp. However, I feel that this is reflected in the price and as this was my 5th time of staying there, it certainly hasn't put me off from returning.

Location adjacent to the Hoe, Barbican and theatres all of which were within easy walking distance. Good breakfast served by friendly, courteous staff.

We had a baby in a pram and there were steps leading up to the hotel, to the room (although we were helpfully given the most convenient room) and steps to the breakfast room.

The staff were very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable. It was in a good location.

I think next time I will mention having a room on a lower floor. It's a lot of steps if you're at the top of the hotel especially when going for breakfast if you find steps difficult. Parking is a bit hit and miss you almost have to check in at 3 pm on the dot to ensure a space or pay costly parking costs else where.

Always a friendly welcome, and a great location to central Plymouth we were going to the Paviollons and it was only a 5-minute walk away. Lovely breakfast in the morning and catered for everything including gluten-free options.

Parking was a little difficult as the local parking meters wouldn't accept a European number plate. Its not the hotels fault, but it's annoying when trying to park after a long day and it's raining
