An early morning wake up by the cleaner - unfortunately the cleaning cupboard seemed to be right outside our room! (Leet 1)

Our 3rd trip since discovering this amazing gem last August ……1st trip was a quick overnight stay, 2nd trip ….2 night stay, 3rd trip ……3 nights stay …….it just gets better and better The owner & all the staff are the star attraction followed by beautiful rooms, fabulous food & a great location

Being on ground floor and noise from people outside door at 6.30am.

Loved the decor, service and warm feel. Friendly and efficient staff. Food was really wonderful. Comfortable room and lovely big bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Selected on the basis of dog friendly and this was certainly the case. Stayed on weekend evening and they were very full for Dinner, would suggest making table booking so you are not disappointed as the food is excellent and a good selection of wines to go with it.

Loved the character and the comfy beds. We stayed over Easter and the eggs in the room and fresh baked hot cross buns were a lovely touch. Staff were so friendly and great with our toddler. Nothing was too much trouble.

Minor thing - No mixer tap in bathroom (separate hot and cold taps).

It was my first time at this property, and I will be back. The first thing is the service that the Greyhound on the Test Hotel provides - It was a great experience from check-in to check-out, and everything in between. The food was great (evening meal and breakfast were both lovely), and they also had a good selection of local real ales. Very nice bedroom and ensuite, and very clean. I definitely recommend.

Slightly pricey but well worth it.

Delightful old Inn in Stockbridge with parking. Comfortable rooms with good shower, friendly staff and wonderful food plus live music. Our cocker spaniel was made very welcome.

The location, room and food was excellent and I really enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately it was let down by two issues. Firstly there was a very rattly extractor fan immediately below my room (Room 5) which was switched on at 7:00am and woke me up. After about 30 minutes it was turned off and I could go back to sleep, only to be woken back up by the cleaners 10 minutes later sitting in an alcove immediately outside my room talking loudly whilst the my apparently waited for guests to leave. I gave up trying to go back to sleep and got up to wash and have breakfast meaning I left the room earlier (which maybe was their intention). It’s a shame for what was otherwise an excellent stay.
