Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere chunks of black stuff coming out of the cold tab, faded black stains on the hand towel was very difficult to open the bath room window and can't turn the heating down as the room was bolling and the zip on the mattress was ready to break. And the lights above the bed did not work.

Friendly and helpful staff! There is a lot of bad reviews about this place but room 39 was absolutely fine we had a little issue with heating which was resolved within 10 minutes by the man on reception desk, people need to remember that it’s not a 5 star hotel it is what you pay for, it’s clean and comfortable, I had 2 children with me and they didn’t complain about anything.

Great location, very close to main attractions. Clean and spacious and well looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and we could not ask more of them! Bar was very reasonable prices and food quality lovely!

United KingdomWe stayed for 1 night for a night at the winter gardens. Very friendly greeting upon arrival. Bedroom was a good size and bed was very comfy. Bathroom was very small and shower wasn't very warm. Good cooked breakfast. Can't fault the staff. All lovely. Entertainment on the Saturday night we were there was good and met some of the local people. Very close to the tower, winter gardens and beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
