No fridge in your room... which was bad. So I couldnt buy milk for my tea. Or keep my water. I hate those long life milks. I love my cups of tea.. I didn't like if you didn't book your breakfast the second you checked in, you couldn't get discount even if you told them the night before. All the other double Tree's we could tell them the night before and it was ok. You could also bill it to the room, which you couldn't do here. And the breakfast was the wasn't as good as Dublin or Hyde Park. It was just ok. There was mis communication cos 1 staff member said it was ok. But the others said no. Especially seeing we were sick. My hubby only had a plate of fruit and a cuppa tea.. I realise that doesn't matter but $40 each for that is a bit ridiculous I thought. Anyway my booking.com said I should be getting free breakfast as I jumped a level but it didn't happen.. Anyway I won't be using them any more.. So I won't be misinformed again.

I loved the position it was great proximity to everything. Some of the staff were amazing, others were just ok. The front office guy with the beard was great. As were the two bar staff. All the rest were just ok.. I love the pillows and bed was awesome

The hotel is in an older style but provides all the necessary amenities. It is in a good location and provides great service. The staff is very helpful.

I got a room at the ground floor, noise coming from people working at the bar was obnoxious. In the morning staff started hovering the hall at 7am. Lighting in a bathroom was poor.

On the seventh floor 703 after midnight got a little noise from what seemed like above sort of like a dishwasher

Avoid room 211, the room over looked about 20 air con units. Would have been nice to have our room cleaned.

Location was OK. Easy train links. Room was clean however we didn't get are round cleaned/made up during our stay which was a bit disappointing not to get clean towels etc. Reception staff very friendly.

The bathroom was completely lacking in privacy and very small. The fact that you cannot call and talk to anyone in the hotel. The only number you are given is for a general call centre and so it is not possible to discuss specific requirements, needs or requests with the hotel itself. I had to send someone who lives locally to the hotel to confirm directly with them my requirements. (Hotel was able to accommodate what the call centre said was not available/possible, although previous experience had shown it was fairly run of the mill for the hotel). This general number for all enquiries, to a remote and detached call centre would stop me booking this hotel in the future.

The room was good for us as a family. Hotel accommodated our request for a family room(when a friend who is based locally went to the hotel to request it directly).

Our room on level 2 was adjacent to the hotel's air-conditioning units, so the room was noisier than normal. Air conditioning was a little noisy.

Fantastic staff, very professional, warm and understanding of customer needs, very helpful - excellent. Nice looking Hotel, it had a lovely pleasant smell, great bar area and lobby area. Very comfortable beds, decent looking rooms although on the small side. Good shower. Car parking at the rear of the hotel nice and secure - although very small. Very close to Greenwich main centre and also the DLR train station., only a short 5 min walk away. Nice free warm chocolate cookies when you arrive at reception!

We were in room 39. It was cold even with the heating on and the bathroom was absolutely freezing.. I’d love to stay there again but on another room…

Our parking reservation request while showed on the booking was not available, we had to park on the street. Had to do a few circles before we found a spot. Hassle after a full day.

Great location walking distance to city center. The rooms are not massive but have everything you need. Bed very comfortable. Had an issue with toilet the maintenance crew came up almost immediately and sorted out - thanks !
