We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only thing I would change is I would request the rooms my family had as they were much more to my taste regarding style and size - my brother had the honeymoon suite which was stunning , our room was still lovely and great value it’s just my personal preference
The location was stunning , the staff were faultless , the food was really nice and the wine particularly the sav blanc New Zealand was really good

United KingdomThe door to the outside of the room didn't fit properly. You could see daylight through it which I felt could make it noisy. However I was changed to a different room which was much better.
Although the staff didn't initially seem that friendly they were very lovely when I went for the meal in the restaurant.

United KingdomVery bright safety/exit light above the bedroom door, that was very intrusive (I like a dark room). No doubt a requirement, but few other hotels have such a bright light when there is only one way out! Wifi information provided in the room was out of date, and by the time I'd discovered that, the pub was shut, so could not obtain correct info. Did not book in for breakfast for two reasons: the room-only rate could be cancelled, the B&B rate (which was quite a bit more expensive) was non-refundable. This seemed to be an anomaly. Also, there was no info on the website etc as to what was available at breakfast. A breakfast menu alongside the others would have been helpful.
Nice meal in the evening.
