Small car park but able to park for free on the street nearby.

The location was good, welcoming staff and room was very clean. We didn’t require breakfast as early sports event. Only noise from bar area below until 11pm but in general neighbourhood very quiet.

Walls a bit thin making next door rooms a little audible but not too bad. Just bring earplugs.

Room was perfect for our one-night stay and booking staff were kind enough to allocate us a quiet room. Room decor was fresh and bathroom was beautiful. Location is ideal for getting around Aberdeen.

As it is a pub it can be noisy and you can hear people coming back to their rooms etc but that is to be expected.

The room was spacious and had everything you needed. Was as to be expected for the value of money. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets provided which was good and it was nice that the bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.

The entrance to the Hotel was poorly marked scruffy and appeared run down. The Reception area was also in a poor state. The car park was also not clearly signposted. These factors gave the wrong immediate impression of the hotel. Which was much better than it initially appeared on arrival.

The rooms were quite noisy at night with other guests returning after a night out but we slept with white noise to drown out the sound.

It was a cheap basic stay which was very good value for money.

The shower was poor in regards to spray and power. Perhaps just that room. Still useable though, and not a major issue.

Very quick to check in, wifi was seamless and very easily accessed, room was very good value. Balcony makes a real difference, as even in poor weather it provides an airy feel with the full length window.

All minor things, but worth mentioning. Bathroom mirror had come off the wall so was useless, no working extractor fan in bathroom, no socket anywhere close to bedroom mirror so drying hair was a bit hit and miss. Bathroom could have been cleaner, and decor a bit worn. No conditioner provided. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, but there's a lovely café (The Long Dog) 4 minutes' walk away.

Friendly welcome, huge room, great shower, comfy bed, big fluffy towels. Hair drier on request. No noise from the bar (which was packed), so a peaceful night. Free parking, 11am checkout, which was great after a Christmas night out.

Very friendly staff, exceptionally clean room, the evening meal was tasty and good value. Dog friendly throughout the hotel. Although the small car park was full when we arrived, there was plenty of space on the road outside to park.
