The furniture wasn't comfortable including the chairs like seat on hard ball , I don't know what was inside, I was also disappointed when I found the balcony I has to share with others and I not had this info when I was booking and the shower water pressure was very poor

Set up in room needs more attention, as not enough space on one side of bed, due to heater and sloping ceiling. Mirror required in bathroom and light in there poor. Bedroom floor needs carpeting Better pillows required.

Clean and comfortabe throughtout corridors, our room and bathroom. Well placed hotel facing the sea, and we had third floor as requested. Management and staff member very helpful, polite and pleasant. Happily go and stay again, as we understand that the hotel is also undergoing improvements

Was alright . Rather simple. Was a whole in the wall from where the handle of toilet door had obviously been whacked into it. But perfect price really for seafront and not far from stuff to do.

The only downer is it was advertised it has parking, but there is only 3 spaces which they should advertise it as only 3 spaces

The big house converted into Hotel and the hotel parking was big headache. Fortunately next day staff helped. My Masadonian friend was very friendly and they shared they are planning breakfast in AM time and also having good plans for Hotel to get to next level.

Rooms should have clean and appropriately cleaned.

We asked for a travel cot and this was confirmed via email before we got there, when we arrived no travel cot was available. Parking is terrible, we had to park quite far away. The hotel door was left open anyone could have walked into the premises at any point throughout the night, no security either. Only giving a 5 because the room was very clean.

Advertised as Private bathroom, balcony 🥺, Sea view🥰, Free toiletries, Bath or showe🥺r, Towels, Linen, Cleaning products, Seating Area, TV, Tea/Coffee maker, Heating, Flat-screen TV, Carpeted,🥹 Upper floors accessible by stairs only, Clothes rack, Toilet paper. The balcony was not available as it needed repairs. That was one of our top reasons for booking, as my wife and I were planning to play cards and have a drink on the balcony (especially as it was a warm night), while our granddaughter went to sleep, ( she is a chatterbox, if we are in the room). The shower, was just about manageable, as the water flow was so low, I had to move around to get wet, but at least it was hot. The beds, or to be more precise the bed springs had seen better days. Its the same with the 2 seats/table that were in the bay window. One of the seats was not comfy to sit in for more than a 10 mins, as the springs in it had also seen better days. Did we report this to anyone? No, as we were there only one night, and the reception was only open 3pm to 11pm, but for one night it was not worth doing, but if we had been there a week, we would have done.

The view was beautiful. The room was a good size (for 3) and clean, The location to the shops, attractions etc was perfect.

The ceiling fan , the room above made alot of noise not helped by no floor coverings like rugs etc

The shower was rubbish not enough power very weak and slow. No fan in rooms and it was very hot couldnt sleep. Not enough tea bags It was dusty in places and sand on the floor. The main window was boarded up so couldnt open it.t

It was close to the venue where we were which was very handy. It was nice to be left to our own devices. It was comfortable enough.

The bed wasn’t comfortable and the pillows were lumpy so didn’t get much sleep could only open one small window the other one the mechanism was broken and couldn’t use the balcony. Was very warm weather as well and the room got very warm.

The location to all amenities lovely to look out to sea and good to park although only 3 spaces altogether

The only person I met was the receptionist, who didn't appear until 3pm. There is no atmosphere in the hotel, it was like being in a deserted funeral home.

The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The location was just right.

No Breakfast but was given a 10% off voucher for a cafe up the road which was all you can eat and worth every penny RAFF55 was the name
