You need to check the toiletries.we didnt use them as it was obvious they hadn't been checked-one of the containers was totally empty.

Reception staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. Bed comfy and slept well without earplugs and with the window open22 degress is 8 degrees more than i am used to.

Only problem we had was the shower was very slow to drain away so you had to shower very quickly in order for the shower tray not to overflow.

The Staff was friendly but they seemed either a little stressed or bored. We had a room in the direction of the street and this was petty loud during the night. Warm water in the shower didn't work at all times.

Nice hotel in an indian style. The room was clean and bigger than expected. Breakfast was good. There is a restaurant in the hotel and they delivered our dinner to our room. The bathroom was very modern with a rain shower.

I could have done with a lift in the property rather than having to go up the stairs all the time.

The breakfast was great and there was a lot of choice as to what to eat. You could also change your order every day. The staff were brilliant especially Nazran (I am sorry I have not spelled that correctly). He carried our bags up to our room for us. He always had a smile.

There is a restaurant in property but is Indian would be nice if there was some other choices there is a few but the menu in the visitor book left in the room was not for the restaurant so I was looking forward to steak pie but was obviously for the old owners other than that we had a good stay

The room should have a closet. Also, there should be a mixer in the bathroom sink. Cold water is uncomfortable for brushing teeth and shaving. The sensor activated faucet is painful. An ironing board and iron would have been useful.

Twin Room was large and with window closed road noise was minimal. Ear plugs were provided but not necessary. Nepalese staff and food in the restaurant was first rate.

Bedroom small and hot. Couldn't open windows because of heavy traffic outside. Shower was poor.

Breakfast was good . Plenty of choice, hot and continental, although hot had to be ordered night before. Had Indian in restaurant in evening. Excellent. Restaurant busy both with people eating in and take away which is a good sign

Cosy double room all though Perth is a city it feels relaxed after 1day I felt like I was in a country cottage all be it we are in city if you want a city break too relax I reccomend here cosy decor breakfast included is a good deal would I reccomend yes for all above points enjoyed my stay relax and enjoy beautiful Perth city

This is my 3rd or 4th visit. The staff are wonderful. The room is comfortable and the bathroom was new! Useful to have a fridge as well.

There was no wardrobe to hang our clothes, just one hook on the door. I had to ask for extra pillows and for the heating in the room to be switched on the 2nd and 3rd evenings. I was staying there with my elderly Mother.

The room was spacious with a sofa as well as 2 armchairs. Very well decorated too. The breakfast options were excellent and minimised waste. The location of the hotel was brilliant as it was really close to the station, supermarkets and the bus services.

The heat in the room due to the large windows along one wall. Although most had privacy film on them and the curtains were closed to limit the light, it could do with portable Air Con unit. Had to leave 2 windows open. Room Fridge didn't have drinks in it as advertised.

Staff were very courteous and room was huge, very clean with comfortable bed. Great breakfast and hotel benefited with Nepalese restaurant attached, serving delicious food.

There was a very nice automatic tap fitted to the sink, however there were no instructions re how it worked and it seemed that it was only possible to set it to one temperature (eg hot or cold or warm) rather than being able to select the temperature wanted at the time of use

We had a lovely twin room which was very spacious and well decorated/furnished, with a beautiful en-suite The food was excellent and the staff were very good, especially Narayan who seemed to have ‘many hats’ and couldn’t have done more to make our stay good
