There was nothing we disliked about the property.

It’s a great place to stay,convenient for the seafront and lots of places to eat nearby. Our room was beautifully furnished and decorated, very clean and had everything we needed also the shower was very good .There is also a bar for residents and Caroline and Chris made a brilliant aperol spritz!Breakfast offered lots of choice and delicious fresh fruit too.

Eastbourne itself is rather run down and slightly depressing, not a destination in itself.

This is such a lovely place to stay. We had a spacious attic room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, and there was a wide variety of food available. The excellent location and very friendly hosts make this B&B a great choice.

Chris and Caroline were amazing hosts and the hotel is beautiful! The breakfast was fantastic and Chris was incredibly helpful with local fish and chip shop, pub, and hiking recommendations for the Seven Sisters. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish - I highly recommend staying at Ravilious

Excellent room, breakfast and property. Just 5 mins walk from the beach and town center. Chris and Caroline are very friendly and helpful. Chris suggested to visit Cuckmere Haven and Taj restaurant. Both were awesome. Overall excellent experience this time.

What a lovely couple who hosted our stay. They really made our trip so special. They gave us a free upgraded room, recommendations for dinner and the beach and made sure to stop to chat every chance they saw us. We felt so welcomed and absolutely loved our time here

Not much to dislike! Everything was pretty great! My only negative was that I found the mattress a little too hard but that's just personal preference. There are a lot of stairs if you're staying in one of the rooms at the top of the house, this wasn't an issue for us but might be something to consider if you have mobility issues.

The Ravilious is a stunning building, in an amazing location. So central, everything is a short walk away. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. We loved our room, it was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was lovely every morning, a lot of choice on the menu even for someone like myself who is dairy and egg free. The highlight of the stay were the fabulous hosts, Chris and Caroline. They were so friendly and attentive. Very helpful in recommending restaurants, giving directions, and so much more. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Eastbourne.

A quiet street with easy parking near Devonshire Park and the Towner, a comfortable room and a delicious cooked breakfast. A short walk to the sea. The owners Chris and Caroline were very welcoming and helpful. Thoroughly recommended. Many thanks indeed!

An excellent quality hotel run by a very friendly and knowledgeable couple (who live on the premises). The whole place was comfortable, clean, quiet yet right where it's all happening in Eastbourne. Breakfast more than set me up for the day. Good value too.

We had a warm welcome from the moment we arrived and were welcomed with our room being ready. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and they had vegan options too. Caroline and Chris were both incredibly friendly and helpful and you can see how much pride they take in their lovely hotel that they have created, it was a pleasure to meet them both.

Water pressure in the shower could be a bit more powerful ( such a minor point really as it was wonderfully hot and spotlessly clean}.

Wonderful hosts. A spotlessly clean and very large room, well furnished with all amenities required. Super breakfast with a great choice. We will certainly return for another visit. Absolutely loved it !!
