Maybe having a room on the 2nd rather than 1st floor. But really a detail.

A little room, but with everything in it and perfect for a couple of nights. The breakfast included in the price is very good, with quite a lot of variety, taken in a nice light breakfast room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the location close to St Pancras is perfect for me and getting the Eurostar. This is the second time I have stayed here, and will certainly come back next year when I go to London.

Small rooms and expensive for what it is, but it's London. No Aircon or lift but this was made clear.

Quiet rooms (except when people were moving in the mornings). Old world charm. Very good breakfast, but pricy.

I had a very narrow bed in a small room. This was ok for me - I am short. But it would have been difficult for a large male. However, the hotel warned me about this in advance.

The staff of the kitchen crew were incredibly helpful to me. The location is wonderful- and near the Russell Square Underground station.

The location is fantastic King Cross St Pancreas just round the corner, quite set next to small London park. The breakfast was fairly standard but much of it was prepared fresh.

A small fridge in the room would be really helpful. I think that breakfast could be included in the price of the accommodation.

Excellent location - close to Euston Station, Russell Square and Kings Cross Station. Rooms were small but clean. Great breakfast.

Size of room is tiny, toilet and shower are crammed in. I had to turn my head to 90 degrees to splash it over sink. Couldn't turn round in shower. 2 upper small windows, one wouldn't open, room was hot. Noise from outside staircase loud sometimes and just a door to separate.

The towels were a little small and the shower water went all over the bathroom floor , so we had to be care in there.

The George is in a very good position. Near the tube and main lines. Lots of places to eat just around the corner. Would definitely stay again

The room was cold.

Receptionist at front desk was really nice. Breakfast staff were rude. I thought breakfast was served from 7.30 until 9.00. We arrived at 8.50 to a frosty attitude and the lady started clearing stuff away at 9.05 while we were eating.

Room was cold for my Mum - i was OK - most disappointing was the Taxi that we had on the Saturday morning and Sunday morning - i believe we were over charged had no meter - £25.00 to Piccadilly & £20.00 to kings cross station - he took advantage as he said the price to my Mum not me. - i suggest that you don't use him again, if i was to return to you i would never ask your staff to book a taxi for us again encase you still use him. - all other cabs were brilliant - there were all black cabs.

The bathrooms and furniture really needed to match the bedrooms as they needed upgrading. All the hallway, stairs and corridors needed upgrading too.

Location was really good, local shop, pub, take aways and only a ten minute walk from Euston and the tube station. Reception and main bedroom was nicely decorated and modern.

Room is quite small, towels were tiny & only one hand towel provided & no bath mat. Shower kept losing pressure & at one point the water stopped completely. Bed very uncomfortable. Lots of stairs to climb too.

Location is good. Breakfast has a good choice but would be better to have a wider time frame for breakfast - finishes at 9.30 - 10.30 would be better at the weekend.
