Very clean, it supplies everything that you could possibly want or need. Completely separate from the owner. You have your own entrance and exit with keys.

Perfect location, in the centre of town, but nevertheless incredibly quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful, the accommodation was immaculate, bright and lovely and warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean with every little luxury. Everything had been thought of, fridge, microwave, kettle etc. There is a garden table and chairs which I would have used if the weather had been warmer. I would highly recommended it !

Stayed here Feb 2024. Very peaceful location in the heart of Woodbridge. Sarenka and Ed were so kind to wait for us with the keys as we were held up with traffic jams on A14. The place is absolutely fantastic, top quality construction all round. Loved the bathroom. Room very cosy and warm. Sarenka replaced the clean towels each day and had fresh milk waiting for us in the mini fridge. The garden will be looking lovely come summer. On Woodbridge village, we had some lovely meals in pubs/restaurants close by. An easy walk to the harbour and town centre. It probably says as much in the data but if you struggle with mobility this place could be a challenge as the entrance through the wonderful gardens requires navigating multiple levels. That said, the motion sensor night lighting works fine. for us it rates 10/10.

THE GARDEN ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, EQUIPPED AS PER THE WEBSITE, AND IMMACULATELY CLEAN. LOCATION VERY GOOD - EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO WOODBRIDGE CENTRE. GOOD ON-SITE PARKING. VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL HOSTS.

It was very warm in the accommodation at night times (when outside it wasn’t) requiring the windows to be fully open or cooler fan on neither of which are ideal.

Central location in Woodbridge and convenient for travelling to other places of interest. Very clean property, excellent shower and welcome extras of bottled water, biscuits, milk , tea and coffee etc

Nothing. The whole stay was great & I was very happy with it as a place to stay.

Great setting - a quiet, self-contained space in a lovely garden with great views over the garden from 2 sides of the room. Two sets of french doors gave good light & good views, they had shutters which could be used when I wanted privacy. The Garden Room has two rooms within it - a large main room which included the bed & a sitting area and a smaller separate toilet & shower room. It was all very clean. The room was well equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee etc & biscuits, a microwave, a small fridge & even a toaster. There were also mugs, glasses and plates. Also lots of information in the room about local places to go and eat. The host was organised, friendly and very helpful. Very central location in Woodbridge so you can leave your car parked at the property and explore Woodbridge on foot.

A small table or other food prep area would be a good idea if one wanted to make a snack or sandwich.

Kind hostess supplied a few extras on arrival (water, milk, tea/coffee, biscuits). Fridge supplied. Decent shower. Towels changed daily.

There was nothing we didn’t like, it exceeded our expectations.

The location was excellent, just what we were looking for. The room was clean and very comfortable with a lovely out look to the garden and views in to the distance. There were two pups and a cafe just round the corner and the main town shopping centre was only a ten minute walk away.

A superbly designed and comfortable self-contained garden studio room. Everything we needed and wanted to hand and all tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. Immediate access to a peaceful terraced garden with an elevated view overlooking the rooftops of the lovely town of Woodbridge makes this a special property.

Shower could have done with safety bar to hold on to. It would be a good idea for any hotel to advise potential customers when there are steps to manage in case of disabilities. Enjoyed Enjoyed

For a self catering property, there was no kitchen sink or preparation area for food, or anywhere to put things
