The photos of the property are misleading because the rooms are smaller than they look on the website. However I was not surprised by that, it is a common ploy. The bedrooms need proper blackout blinds as we woke early with the light. There were a couple of damp towels near the front door inside that presumably had been forgotten about. I did not appreciate being advised in the folder that it was hoped that we would put out all rubbish and strip the beds. The exorbitant cost of over £80 for cleaning included in the bill put me off. We were up early on the day of departure and still managed to leave at 0955 - 10am is very early for checkout and I think to pay more to leave later is unreasonable.

The place was beautiful and very clean. Really enjoyed the garden with the array of birds that came to the bird feeder. And we even saw a squirrel! Excellent parking. Felt quite new and modern, and nicely kept. We did appreciate having a dishwasher as we do not have one at home! Good to be able to make our own food.

Only couple of minutes drive from centre of St Andrews in a quiet location . Excellent design with outside garden space and 2 free car parking spaces. All mod cons in property and very comfortable. I Shouldn’t really say excellent property as this will encourage everyone to book it and I might not be able to go back there again 🤔🤣🤣

Great location on the outskirts of the centre of St Andrews. Lovely modern facility, comfortable, well kept, clean and tidy. Suited our family visit to St Andrews perfectly.

Just a small thing because our experience was overwhelmingly positive. I has asked for the double bed option, which was not implemented. However, it didn’t make much of a difference.

I booked the Garden House for my Family and we were all positively surprised about how nice it is. All rooms were in great condition and clean! We had a small kitchen, wifi worked without problems and the living space felt very homey. If we ever come back to St Andrews we will definitely ask for the Garden House again. Note: A taxi into town cost me 5£.

The accommodation was perfect for what we were looking for, it was comfortable, it had everything we needed, it was just a short drive from St Andrews, we had privacy, and parking right up to the front door, perfect, so was the weather. Would definitely recommend The Garden House.
