Pillows and bed too soft .. but that is just personal as have bad back ... lifts were very confusing for us and other guests ... but can't fault anything as was a wonderful stay x

Cannot fault this fab hotel .. modern and clean .. staff on the desk were lovely and attentive .. and the breakfast was just gorgeous !! .. so nice to have buffet style, amazing quality and beautifully cooked .. we stayed at The Gantry as it was so close to the abba voyage show .. so I would recommend this hotel 100% if visiting for this .. overall this was a wonderful stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again .. my daughter and I loved it ! .. thank you x

It was breathtaking beautiful, walking into the hotel the staff were so nice and welcoming and upgraded our room for my boyfriends birthday. Additionally, gave us free glass of Prosecco and some chocolates and decorated the bed with some rose petals. This was not asked for but they did it anyways. I will definitely return me and my boyfriend loved it. I forgot her name but the blonde lady with the glasses made my stay beautiful, she really went the extra mile.

Good location very close to DLR, shops, restaurants and cafes. Also close to the Elizabeth and mainline stations. Friendly staff. The room was clean, large and nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing!

The staff were so helpful, friendly and flexible. they allowed both early and late check-in/out and upgraded our room to a nicer view which was much appreciated.

The light for the bathroom shined through into the main room especially during the night. The checkin experience could have been a little bit more informative e.g WIFI instructions and laundry services available

Modern and contemporary styling in the room, comfy bed and the size was more than adequate. The bathroom fittings were modern and tasteful. The room furniture were also in keeping with the style of the room.

Just a very small suggestion. Add a free child to the breakfast list, this could prevent an awkward start to the day for families travelling with children that stay in the hotel for free.

Everything was excellent. We had half-board and that was absolutely terrific. Service was quick, efficient and basically excellent. We were served by Gloria during our stay and her above average effort was absolutely wonderful and has added significantly to our experience. Would we recommend and come back? Yes, most definitely.
