Fab little place, central and we had the funky London themed family room. The breakfast was banging! Lisa was lovely and friendly. When we are back in Blackpool we will definitely be booking here again. Thanks!

The lady was so welcoming and great with our children the room was perfect for what we needed the children loved the bunk bed and we paid extra to have to en-suite which was much more convenient for us. Location was great not far from the beach of the main sea front. Would definitely come back and recommend. We did book For 3 nights but did only stay 2 as we did everything we wanted to do and with our son been autistic it was just a struggle towards the end the host was so understanding of this but very happy with our stay!

Lisa was welcoming and friendly from the minute we arrived, even helping us up the stairs with our cases. The room was beautifully decorated and was clean and homely and in a great location for myself and my family - literally a 10 minute walk to the promenade and close to shops. We had a great stay and would definitely book to stay again. Thank you for a great stay 🙂

It was very welcoming, the host Lisa was very polite, let us check-in a few hours before time n showed us to our room. Loved the atmosphere and the London theme of the small family room. Nice and homely n comfortable night sleep. Defo will be staying again. Lovely people.

Great stay at Franklyn Hotel, we felt like at home, hosts are so lovely and helpfull. Deliciuos breakfasts. Great localisation - everything was near. Very quiet and nice surrounding. Parking is just the other side of the street - big, but very late at night may be problem with finding free place (however we were lucky enough :) )

Only things beyond the hosts control, weather was iffy.

Breakfast was good, excellent friendly service. Only a short walk from the Tower and Winter Garden. Also great new cinema just down the road.

There was nothing that we didn’t like

We were offered breakfast but declined. We were upgraded to a bigger room with en suite, it was spacious with a comfortable bed, tea coffee making facilities, we loved it and great location not far from the tower and pubs, all within walking distance.

The room was spacious even being on the top floor. Plentiful room and comfy bed. The toilet was handy right next door and the shower was fabulous. If I am in Blackpool again I will definitely stay here.
