We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bathroom was very clean and functional but is probably in need of a make over. However don’t let this put you off because it was fine for short stays and everything else about the property cannot be faulted.
Very friendly welcome and helpful staff. Lovely bright and clean room (the photos on booking.com don’t do it justice). Great bar facilities and a superb breakfast.

It is a lovely pub in a lovely town. The staff at the Fox were very helpful and happy. The food especially the breakast and evening meal were very good and excellent value for money.

Lovely building, nice large room. Staff were very friendly. Food on offer was smaller portions but adequate and well cooked. Breakfast was particularly good with plenty to choose from. Staff and regular customers were friendly and helpful. Much Wenlock is a lovely place to stroll round. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided in the room.

Such a friendly welcome and with the room being ready early we were able to relax sooner than expected. The room itself had everything you needed, extra heater, fan, iron, tea & coffee etc. Food was fantastic value for money and a great breakfast awaits in the morning.

United KingdomThe bath needs an update, but clean. Would really recommend black out blinds in addition to the curtains. My wife struggled as there was no plug near the mirror to dry her hair etc. Overall, a cosy place and the current owners haven't been there long enough to update/upgrade the rooms fully.
The family feel, and the incredible hospitality of the owners, nothing was too much. We were definitely made to feel welcome including our dog. The food was good and break fast was great, nice a hot also.

23.05.2024 Perfect location as I was attending a funeral at the Church on 24th and the Fox has parking in a village where parking can be difficult. Pet friendly for my little Daschund who loved it there. En suite and light and cosy. Very comfy mattress. Staff and locals were very kind and helpful to an old lady who struggled with stairs. Shelly the Daschund loved running upstairs and all rooms were pet friendly. 😍
