We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Our twin room was clean and comfortable. Huge smart TV and good quality refreshments. Also had a fridge. Bonus is great nostalgia type pub below.

United KingdomMy only suggestion would be to have a long mirror in the room but that is something so minor and it did not affect our stay at all.
Nice size rooms with tea, coffee facilities and fresh milk in the fridge. Had everything we could've wanted to make for a nice, comfy overnight stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating too.

United KingdomThe parking outside the hotel is permit parking unless you can get in 1 of the 2 spaces outside this wasnt too big of an issue for us as we were up and out by 8am the 2 days we stayed but this could be a problem if you over sleep or just wanted a lazy day ( the parking wardens drive round, so easy to get caught out ) .
The hotel itself was spotless, the staff accommodated my special request for banners for my husbands 40th birthday, the staff were all pleasant from the bar staff to the manager in the mornings when we were coming out of the room, there's a key code for the doors no keys to lose at alton towers, the low ceilings are paddd wich my hubby approved of being over 6ft, and there's Netflix on the TV in the room logged in as a guest account so there was something to watch at night.
