Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statesif you book a room on the side of the hotel facing the street, it’s pretty loud at night. They moved us to a quiter room and it was heavenly. if you want to go to sleep before 1am definitely request a room on the quiet side of the hotel. It’s located across the street from a club with loud live music, but the music is terrific.
It’s a gorgeous facility and the food is delicious. Beds are comfortable rooms are rather small, but well appointed. This is the original location of the harp bar, google it pretty impressive T They’re extremely strict about check-in time (3pm) which is odd to me because they ask you what time you’re coming online and we were coming at 1:30 which we told them. They didn’t bother to tell us we couldn’t check in until after three no matter what even if rooms are available apparently, so really what’s the point of asking in the first place. Just be clear about the check-in time and leave it at that. we would have planned our day differently. Had they done that

United KingdomMy one suggestion, not a complaint, is that they have small maps of the local area as some of us oldies prefer paper to technology.
The location is excellent, easy walking distance to the city centre and bars and restaurants although we ate in the hotel as the food is fantastic and reasonably priced. The area is part of old Belfast, small cobbled streets full of character. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Every single one was pleasant, friendly and helpful and made us welcome the moment we stepped through the door. This is now my go to hotel in Belfast and I am already recommending it to friends.

GermanyThe amazing location right next to lots of pubs and restaurants has a downside — it's super loud. I was still able to sleep once I closed the windows and used earplugs, but I would not recommend this place for sensitive sleepers or families with kids.
Cool new hotel with big comfortable rooms. The location is awesome, with easy access to transit and right at the center of the city.
