Location was great, didn't get a chance to visit the local pubs. Breakfast was in the room ready for the next morning which was perfect for me as I wanted to be away without any fuss. Really pleased with the setting and the room. WiFi excellent, which was great. Very clean! The owner had also made quite a bit of effort to leave a book with details of attractions, walks, food deliveries etc.

United KingdomThought the dining area was a little squashed as we are both medium built women who found the area a little tight. May I suggest that it may be a possibility to exchange the dining area with the sofa in the main room to make best use of space.. so that sofa is in hot tub room if people wish to get out for a while, and the breakfast area in the main room in place of sofa so that table can be opened out to eat off more easily.
Owners daughter arrived at same time as we did and assisted us to get into the room. Very novel Idea to have a self catering room with a hot tub. Good and healthy selection of breakfast options and tea/coffee facilities available. Hot tub was a luxury to us as first time we've been in one, and remained warm at all times.. The surrounding area in Long Whatton is cute and quiet and we loved visiting the farm with the baby lambs etc. The Falcon Inn produced a delicious, reasonably priced meal on the first evening of our stay on 21st March. Would recommend and visit again.

United KingdomBreakfast was fine - very straightforward and easy to access within the room. Never used an egg cooker before but that was fine. The cafetiere probably needs changing as I couldnt press the filter down properly as it was loose. The bed was very comfortable and fabulous bathroom.

United KingdomThere's very little I'd change, if pushed for improvements, maybe a bit more to decorate up the courtyard (for spring/summer!) Candles, hardy pot plants, easy low-maintenance stuff.
I liked being able to support a independent business at a price lower than the big airport hotel chains! The room was a good size with useful amenities and a great comfy bed, slept like a log.

Everything!! This is a wonderful place to stay, the bed is so comfortable & everything about this place is spot on. There is milk, orange juice, butter, bread & even some cakes left for you on arrival. I love it every time I stay here. Owners are great too, very friendly & helpful.
