To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Louisa's patience and great assistance in helping to arrange a time tour of the day that tailors to our need. Alex's graciously tagged and allows our luggage to be stored until when we are ready to collect on the later part of the day.

Amazing little apartment, our room looked very new! It was very clean with everything you need. The location was fantastic, minutes from bus station, right near coffee, food and great bars. Staff were super nice and helpful! We would definitely recommend and return!

Great room, Nic e quiet hotel except for the traffic at night and the building works during the day. The staff were exceptional. Not sure how good it will be when the late night drinking venue opens downstairs but that will be so convenient.

Super comfortable bed, amazing shower and spacious apartment. Staff were extremely helpful. Special shout out to Alex who went above and beyond to help us out with any question or request we had. Loved the helpful and light-hearted instructions in the room about how to operate lighting and all appliances. Great price and close to everything. Having travelled for a few weeks, the availability of free laundry facilities was greatly appreciated. Tea supplies including real milk was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

United KingdomThe outside noise is very loud until the traffic dies down later at night. So after a long day sightseeing, an early night might be a problem. Near by car park is expensive even with the Flint discount.
The location of the Flint is perfect for a stay in Belfast. The rooms are very comfortable (the bed is great) and the kitchen is well equipped. I am sure it will be even better once the beer hall & restaurant at the front is all complete.
