Mattress was a little hard but that's only our opinion, I know some people like firm mattresses.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Room was nice with a lovely view overlooking the river. Plenty of outdoor seating too so I expect it gets very busy in the summer. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of car parking space.

Wonderful tasty freshly cooked breakfast. Superb room with a view of the river and comfy bed. Great to have fresh milk for our cuppas in the room. Good menu choices and tasty food. Friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful location overlooking the river. Beautiful pub with friendly staff and excellent food. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Lovely comfortable bed and very nice toiletries in the bathroom.

Sat nab took us to the back of the property , we drove up a flooded road only to find a dead end and separating us from the pub! Info on the website would be good

The staff were extremely friendly, efficient and very helpful. Our room was lovely with a view of the river and complimentary drinks. The food is extremely good and the breakfast is outstanding - the range of breakfast choices is the best I have come across. Can't recommend the Fleet Inn enough. It is also very convenient for splitting a long journey - close to the M5 - but not so close that you hear the traffic. We stayed at the end of March 24.

There was a problem with are tv in the room but the staff helped us out and let us to watch the football in the bar in the restaurant.

Toilet seat too small for toilet.

Multi use soap shower gel etc not single use plastic and very nice quality. Mini bar with real milk in refillable bottle. Helpful staff. Lovely view. Nice atmosphere. Quiet at night.

Great location only a few minutes from the M5. We only stayed 1 night on are way further south. It was comfortable and warm, great breakfast. Friendly staff.

We found some of the menu items were strangely made up, eg a fish dish made up with macaroni rather than rice. Being of the older generation we tend to like simple food.

We had individual attention throughout. Enthusiasm for good service was evident along with a friendly and helpful approach. The rooms were nicely decorated and equipped with lovely views of the Avon (In flood) At breakfast the chefs made up a nice fruit salad for two of us on two days even though it was not on the menu. Much Appreciated.

We were disappointed that a discount to extend our stay was included but they were fully booked. Reflection on how lovely is was.

Great location on the river. Room beautifully decorated with lovely added extras. Everything you needed. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely returning customers.

No food in the restaurant Sunday evening, but they made a point of calling me as soon as they received my reservation to make sure I knew about that and was OK with it.

Clean well-appointed room. Good WiFi. Decent restaurant and a proper breakfast was included in the price.

Some areas needed a little bit of attention ( e.g. shower ceiling needed painting). £20 for a dog to stay is a bit expensive.

Good location for M5 and nice outlook over the River Avon. Room was very comfortable with good tea/coffee facilities. Restaurant was good, with friendly service and tasty food. Breakfast was fab
