Nothing I can think of. A front facing bedroom maybe for both rooms but one out of two rooms was fair and my daughter happy :)

Really friendly welcome, homely, open fires, nice food, breakfast and range of drinks! Attemted the walk to Top Withens but weather got the better. Hope to return in September to try again!

Family joined us for dinner. Unfortunately the young waitress was surly, bordering on rudeness. We all commented on it. Clearly she has not attended the school of how to be a good table server.

Good breakfast. Room was excellent. The complimentary paddle of beer was very nice.

The pub itself is a bit tired in appearance. Doesn’t look as if it’s seen a lick of paint or deep carpet clean for a long time but the food was lovely. On the web the pub did advertise that it has parking. This isn’t correct. You have to pay for parking at the top of the hill. No real issue but the fact that the web said parking available was a part of the reason I chose the Fleece In.

The rooms were clean and had all that was needed. Nothing fancy but good pub standard

My single room was very small & the bathroom a squeeze. It would be a good idea to have one toilet roll holder & put it in a different place as my arm kept knocking the toilet roll off!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was excellent

Very tiny detail. But as there were no stools at the hotel bar I didn't feel like I could easily have a few chilled beers at the bar as a solo traveller. However this did encourage me to go to other very good pubs around the village after I'd enjoyed the lovely food The Fleece provided.

Very friendly staff. Food was excellent and well priced. Very comfortable bed and decent working shower. Location was beautiful. You must be prepared for steep hills. Luckily I was able to find a parking space outside the hotel each day. But they can direct you to a paying car park if there are no spaces.
