Great space and location, very comfortable, homey with everything we needed. Really like the style of the space. Only slight improvement would be slightly bigger towels but this is being very picky! We loved all the small details and the style of the apartment. Great communication with the host and everything functioned perfectly!

It was quite humid weather and although fans were provided the apartment felt quite warm.

Beautifully decorated. Had everything you need coffee machine, hairdryer etc. lovely touches like large pack of biscuits. Lovely toiletries.

Since it's an old converted building sound travels. With heavy doors throughout since they are fire doors they are bang when not held to close, including the upstairs neighbours doors. The walkway between the buildings is right outside the apartment and some neighbours used it as a smoking area before heading out partying. But as long as you have earplugs it's fine. Definitely should be an idiots guide for people like us, to open the sofabed/ottoman bed and to tell them where the cutlery drawer is (took my group an embarrassingly long time to figure that out).

I loved the old building, beautiful architecture all round. Close enough to all the restaurants, bars and shops but not where much (if any) foot traffic passes. The apartment was very nice, clean and beautifully furnished. All very comfortable. They even had a selection of kids toys and books for those wanting/needing them. The hosts replied very promptly with any and all stupid questions I had. Photos taken at the end of our stay.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a very central location. Everything you could need and extremely clean. Such a comfy bed! My husband was doing a Triathlon so it was more of a chilled stay in Nottingham, the lovely sofa area and huge TV was perfect for a cosy night in with wine and snacks. Will defo stay here again and would highly recommend.

Location of the property was ideal for us. Very close to cafes, bars and restaurants and it was good value for money compared to budget hotels nearby. It had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Felt like a real treat!

I loved everything about this apartment, I have stayed in so many apartments over the years but never loved everything about them, Martin and Kelly go that last 10% 💕 I arrived to ballon’s, champagne and birthday cake which Paul has organised with them. the phone key system didn't work on arrival. Thankfully the host left his number available and rectified immediately.

Comfort and lots of little touches show the hosts do care. They are leaders in hospitality and I find it quite unbelievable that the price actually came in below that of local hotels.

If I had to say anything, then the doors were a bit creaky but this is minor.

The Fifth Quarters is perfect! The location is the best we’ve ever stayed in within a city centre. the apartment is looks brand new, it is modern and luxurious. It has the most comfortable bed ever! The decor is stunning. We will definitely be booking it again. Thank you so much!

We are a regular travelers and would rate The Fifth Quarter apartment as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. it was very clean, modern, and luxurious. It had everything we needed to feel home and do a little work. it was a very easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see in Nottingham. It’s close everthing, which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and bars. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. it is the best place to stay in Nottingham City in the beautiful Lace Market.
