Without a daily service it was a little difficult to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink, saying that I am sure if we asked they would have replaced them with clean ones.

Loved this properly! So delightful, so much room and character. Close to attractions, we walked everywhere. Staff were great. Everything you need.

The bathroom is a tiny bit tired but only really needed a little tidying, but thats bein ridiculously picky and didnt bother us at all.The tv not being able to see it from bed was a bit of a pain but thats personal choice and you do have 2 sofas to sit on to watch from anyway. All in all we loved it.

We loved the hotel, the rooms are big and the facilities are excellant, even having a microwave with the tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the big bath was a big plus after city walking. The parking is a massive plus and was cheap compared to a car park or metered parking. We would definately come back and hope to.

It was all perfect. If we wanted to pinpoint tiny details it would be that a dimmer light, or lamp in the bathroom would have been nice, and maybe an extra lamp by the dining table, but that's just us with our lighting!

We were in the Grand Suite and it was absolutely gorgeous! Fabulous panorama over Dean Village with views to all the 5th November fireworks on the horizon. Huge amount of space with everything we could need and felt very luxurious.

Our only issue was our room was the lucky one to be right under the pool table/foosball room. We heard some teens being awfully loud but we kindly asked if they would keep it down and they did. It was still early around 7:30/8pm so unsure if they have a cutoff time for that room but we had an early day so we needed to get to bed.

Loved the inside (lobby) and our room was amazing! Huge bedroom and bathroom, the pictures didn't do it justice. Very easy to access and a short walk takes you right where everything was. The staff was very friendly.

Walking distance into Edinburgh, numerous eateries close by. Comfortable rooms/beds. Everything worked, everything you need to hand. We didn’t use it but there is an excellent bakery/breakfast items ordering facility.

We can’t think of anything. We thought it was good value but it was expensive.

We treated ourselves for our 30th wedding anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms were huge, we had a beautiful lounge, with a fridge, microwave, kettle and all cutlery and crockery we needed. Lovely bedroom with a massive en-suite including bath and shower with lovely views. We also had a separate bathroom with a shower. The hotel has a honesty box in the reception lounge which was very handy. You can access the guest storeroom, which has irons and boards and toilet rolls, which I found very helpful. Car park is at the rear of property and a little hard to find but we got a space and at £10 pn found it very reasonable. Location was great, quite accessible to walk into city centre ( and we’re not fit). If you require housekeeping, just ring reception and it’s sorted, dirty dishes replaced and bins emptied.Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The size of the room was incredible as well as the bathroom. The property was a few streets off a main street and so it was very quiet. All major sites are walkable. We loved the Hapimag Resort Edinburgh.

Located just next to Dean Village in a very calm and nice neighbourhood. Our Room was very big and spacious. The view from the window was excellent. Very clean. The honesty bar is a nice feature as there is no breakfast or food served.
