Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as you'd probably struggle to get upstairs to bedroom. Couldn't log on to WiFi and could do with a waste bin and loo brush in upstairs toilet

Brilliant location, very clean and tidy. Great facilities

Having to go to Imperial first and the steps were a challenge. No milk, tea or coffee on arrival was a downer.

Great location and very comfortable beds.Patio doors lovely to let in the sun and fresh air. Would definitely return.

Nothing really. Although the sofa bed might need a look at.

The location was fantastic. There have been some comments about picking up the codes for entry being a pain but please read the information while booking. Also I had to put a damage deposit down but it was only pending on the card and was released on the dot. Overall no problems. It is up three flights of stairs and the bedroom stairs are quite steep so if yo have mobility problems it isn't for you but it is a building that was built many centuries ago. It was a nice place to stay just do your research.

You need new mattresses. They were too soft like the spring had gone or like they've lost all support. That's why I took of a mark.

Location fantastic. Family friendly environment. Apartment was really cute and had character.

I didn’t like the top floor apartment but only cause we did a lot of walking daily so was shattered. Also pub at the end was extremely loud of a evening but once 12 came it was peaceful. Also floooring was very creaky so when we woke up and moved it woke our son up

I loved the location of the apartment right on the Barbican it was amazing seeing the boats every morning was beautiful

Nothing to major to report hear as nothing spoilet our stay however basic notification on the advert would make for better choices as the never ending stairwell to the 3rd floor accomidation and the Witches Staircase leading to the Bedroom could be challenging for some people however it does bring character to the property to which i would not change. only other things that let the property down was the attention to detail and repairs when there is a security deposit payable on arrival i would have expected the property to be in a better state as we identified numerouse issues on arrival that we had noticed but chose to to report as nothing hampered our stay in any way...

The Property as a hole is fantastic it comes with everything you could need and more. space to accomadate 4 as advertised. Very clean and Quirky Property with fantastic surroundings so close the the bustling Barbican a hub of entertainment and lovely local shops.

We felt that the cleanliness of the apartment was below what you would expect. We requested that the double bed be changed again as we found there were hairs in the bed. Also, our stay was in December and the duvets on the two single beds were summer duvets (4.5 tog), and as such we were cold at night time. We also would have liked to see condiments provided, salt, pepper, cooking oil etc... Not a deal breaker admittedly, however it would save you having to go out and purchase these when you are catering for yourselves.

The location is great and the apartment is well finished. Access was easy and communication was good.

The property states duplex and shows on the angled photo what look like stairs to gain access, what it does not state, or show is it is a ladder, my 78 year old mum had to climb, it's a good job she is pretty agile for her age. This should be shown properly and explained in the description.

The Location was perfect for visiting family. The apartment was clean , surrounded by lots of things to do.

Please be aware, the layout of the flat and it’s location are fantastic. However, the stairs are very steep and not suitable for anyone who can’t climb a steep staircase!

The location is fantastic! In the centre of the old area and next to pubs, restaurants and the all important fish and chip shops with lots of handy shops nearby. Parking is just down the road with all day priced at around £8.10 via RingGo. We have 2 labs and the location affords the ability to take them onto the grassed areas around the location just down the road adjacent to the long stay car park.

That it was at the top of the building, lots of stairs with carrying luggage and buggy etc no liftl. I didn't like the staircase in the apartment, I felt they was steep and worried me. Parking was abit of a nightmare as no parking to unload. Parking cost me £20 in total for the day. As I tried to get close by to unload and reload. Only big down fall.

I liked that the place had the little things like iron and ironing board, clothes horse and washing machine as my child had been sick on the inbound journey so I was able to wash clothes and car seat covers. Even had DVDs and a fee games. Home from home.

No parking and being on the top floor (3rd) carrying suitcases from were we managed to park was a bit of a pain but that was my fault for not really checking first

It felt very comfortable and clean as soon as you enter the apartment. As a cleaner myself i clean doctors and dentists so for me to say it was clean means it was clean 😊 It had everything needed for a night or weeks stay

There is a terrible smell of mold in the apartment, there is no tea/coffee/sugar in the kitchen, I believe that this should be available in every aparthotel. In the bathroom, disposable shampoo is just one piece, no matter how many people and for how many days, this is not enough. It is impossible to bathe in the shower, very weak water pressure .There is no hairdryer in the apartment. For a very long time I could not connect to Wi-Fi, because during registration they gave me a piece of paper with a Wi-Fi password - it was wrong, I had to call them, and this is problematic, since I do not speak English. . And most importantly, to check into the hotel, you need to come to a completely different address, and only after that they will give you a code to open the door. I think this can be done by email. Or you can meet guests at the hotel address yourself.

Everything was exceptional, but there is no radiator in the bedroom, just underfloor heating. The, it did get a little bit cold during the night.
