My daughter and I returned to the property late on after an event at Wembley and were unable to get a snack or refreshment in Hotel which was disappointing. Although there was bottled water in room which helped!

The Hotel was lovely - room facilities were great. Small bathroom but lovely products available. Bed was extremely comfortable and air temp spot on. Good selection for breakfast and staff were pleasant.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. Each and every staff member went above and beyond. They truly are the hotels biggest asset. I love the "feel" of the place. I prefer old world charm and The Drayton is loaded with it. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable.

Nothing personally, my colleague said their room had a slight smoke smell but that’s more on the previous guests than the hotel.

Brilliant, lovely staff, friendly environment, delicious food and most of all a comfy bed.

    Leaving

Everything about the stay was brill. We travelled with our pouch, Husky/Akita cross, and had a really relaxing stay. The outside area looked fantastic, just a shame the weather didn't lend itself to us eating outside. Food was brilliant, good choices on the menu. All staff were brilliant. Will defo stop here again.

Stains on the headboard and room a bit tired - but was still comfortable and pleasant.

The Beer Garden was amazing and plenty of seating available. Breakfast was outstanding - I don't even eat bacon but the bacon was crispy perfect! Would go back just to have the breakfast again :)

Really comfortable and homely. Situated close to rail links. Fabulous garden and lovely bar/lounge. The room we stayed in was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. We brought our dog too.

What a lovely place to stay, cozy and full of character! They kindly let us check in early. The room was on the smaller side, but comfortable, well-lit (two huge windows) and well-equipped with everything from a coffee machine to iron and ironing board. I am a light sleeper, so the blackout curtains and the hotel's calm location meant much to me. Still, it's a stone's throw from West Ealing tube station, which quickly connects you to central London. There's no lobby but the hotel has a pub and the breakfast room is also used for events, so it's a very lively place! There's just a tad bit more wear and tear than one would expect in a 4-star hotel. Several different breakfast options were offered, together with the buffet items - we got to try almost all the menu options and especially loved cinnamon brioche topped with yogurt and berries and smashed avocado toast with poached eggs. Last but not least - all staff was wonderful and their friendly attitude made our stay even better!

Nothing not to like as I said it’s an older property so could do with a little decoration but they clearly put a lot of value into good service and good food/facilities

The property is very well situated 5 minutes walk from the Elizabeth line, it’s very clean, does look a little tired in places but is comfortable and provides good selection of tea/coffee/water. The breakfast is great cooked to order with lots of pastries/bread/ fruit etc…very good value. There is also a pub joined to the hotel and it provides excellent food. The staff are absolutely amazing, it’s quite a young team with Carly, Amber and a third woman (didn’t get her name) all doing front desk, breakfast etc they were great nothing was too much trouble, the manager is great as well we had a little issue and he sorted it immediately! I’ve stayed in quite a few London (outside London) hotels and this one is fantastic for all the reasons mentioned and as it’s outside central London is great value and your only 15/20 minutes away from London by tube. Really really highly recommended.

Staff very friendly and helpful, everything spotlessly clean, food excellent. Even the beautiful stray ginger cat was friendly and came and sat with us. What’s not to like? I asked for more tea bags and got them with a lovely note, such a personal touch. 😍

The room was a little cold, with very thin walls. we needed to keep the heating on during the whole night.

Beatiful room, with complimentary slippers, tea and coffee. It’s in a great location, close to heathrow and the city centre is easy to reach. Beatiful neighbourhood and great restaurants within walking distance. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is to kill for, fancy brunch for great price, we loved it.
