We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Room was amazing, much nicer than I was expecting and the children loved their separate area and big tv. The bar area was nice with games available to play, and breakfast was great.

United KingdomLovely family room with super comfy beds. The twin beds were in a separate ‘extension’ to the master bedroom which our daughter loved - especially with the large tv too! Really welcoming, clean and great value for money. Our dog was made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely return.

United KingdomPlease see above but the only thing if we were being really picky is a comment from our granddaughter was a curtain possibly between the master bedroom and the extension area with the extra beds. Would have made her feel a little more independent.
We thought the staff on reception, restaurant evening meal and bar were brilliant. Made the stay quite memorable. Our 11 year old granddaughter loved being treated like a grown up. Can't find fault with anything at all. Well fone

Good location, easy parking, lovely staff & great food!! Acces to coastal path & beech was just down the road. Good for Walking to Sherington or Cromer via the beech or the coastal path.

Dogs made to feel welcome. Staff friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Lovely bar area. Great evening meal. Comfortable king size bed. Walk in wardrobe was so useful for storing away things that usually end up hanging around in the room. Large convenient car park. Large outside terrace, views of sea.

United KingdomWe were in room 3 and although the actual room was very comfortable and had a good view of the sea, the bathroom was cramped and the shower cubicle very small, so much so that a larger person would find it very difficult to shower.
