We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomWe didn’t like the snoring from the room above. Also both bed quilts felt very damp and affected my daughters asthma.
The staff were lovely and the breakfast delicious. The down sides were all through the night in the room above some was snoring very loudly. Also both my daughter and I found the quilts felt damp. My daughter had to use her inhaler as it affected her chest.

We have really enjoyed our two-night stay at the Dolphin hotel. It is greatly situated between the town centre and the habour/beach. The staff were really friendly, the rooms spacious, clean, warm and the beds super comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked for you in the morning rather than buffet style. I would definitely stya again.
