Very private, perfect for one night stopover

Superb little 'den' for a short stay. Everything you need - clean, comfortable bed; clean bathroom; quiet location; good parking; short walk (10 mins) into Braunton - where there are lots of good eating places.

Would highly recommend. Clean, well equipped eg small fridge, tea, coffee, milk. Small area outside, own entrance, parking. Very quiet. Delightful friendly hosts. Easy walking distance to Braunton with a good choice of pubs, restaurants and shops.

Space for suitcase and cloth storage - but as single person I could work around this very small problem.

Easy access and parking, nice touches re food and amentiies. Enjoyed my stay, though didn't meet the hosts as with other places I have used it was not a problem. Everything was available and if need help, I knew where I could go.

Friendly, clean and comfortable. The Den was exactly what we needed after a hard day walking the South West Coast Path from Woolacombe in the pouring rain! As it was getting late and we were tired, the host even offered to give us a lift back into town to our restaurant (we did decline as didn't want to put the host out).

The room is beautifully clean and well equipped with an amazing shower, a private entrance and a parking spot. A kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and crockery and cutlery mean that you can prepare food and eat in the property if you wish to. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and even a bottle of water and milk were available on arrival. Private and within easy walking distance of Braunton shops pubs and restaurants. Great place to stay if visiting the area.

Perfect location for us to walk SW coastal path. Easy check in which was a relief as later than predicted. Very much appreciated the small bottle of milk left in fridge for my morning tea and cold bottle of water. There is a lovely selection of teas and some porridge which we didn’t make use of but thought a lovely touch. Would definitely go back.

The Den had all the facilities we needed for a two night stay! The shower was very refreshing! Enya the dog was very friendly and there to greet us for our stay!

The Den was everything we needed and more! The room was really well laid out with great use made of the space. The bed was super comfy and the decor was modern and clean. The shower was sooo good! A lovely selection of condiments, teas etc Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

Really hard to say but probably more storage for clothes but quite understandable that this is t very easy to archive due to the size of the property.

Location of the Den was great, sue and paul had thought of everything you might need for the stay , the private entrance was much appreciated and clever use of space in such a cosy place.

Detached little apartment which gives flexibility , is clean and has all the main important things. Even water was put in the fridge which was a good touch.

Problems with getting hot water.Chairs could be more comfy.Not a lot of storage due to size of accommodation.

Not a b&b,but there was porridge pots.Very quite location.Ideal for one or two nights.

The water wasn't very hot. It was a short walk to the town but a longer walk from the SWCP.

The room was lovely and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything had been thought of and the room is much bigger than the pictures show. The bathroom was quite big & even had facilities to wash your dishes up!
