It’s in need of a refurb, cupboards and flooring are old and water damaged etc, could do with more care on decorating and that would then make it worth the money for the stay.

Keys are handed over by a team member who you are required to provide ID and a copy is taken. I did not feel entirely comfortable with sharing my details with the cleaner who took a snap of it on his phone. The name of the building is hidden from the listing and initially just a post code is given without directions for parking if you have a car. The flat is functional, but not the highest standard of cleaning. The TV didn’t work, the balcony door was unlocked without a key to lock it or internal lock, the bedroom window was also broken. Mismatch of crockery and glasses. Could be significantly improved with a little thought. No towels provided and the shower screen leeks all over the bathroom floor. Price reflects quality. Over all a functional stay but not the best quality.

Location is within walking distance to new St station and very close to the mail box. Building was very quiet and the property was warm and functional.

The window in the bedroom is broken. It cannot be closed which meant that all night was noisy and cold.

Good communication from the host allowed me to collect the keys easily. Details about the location of the flat in the building and the wifi code were sent via text which was useful to have.

Collecting the keys was stressful. There were no directions provided other than a postcode. Providing the name of the building that the apartment is in would have been a great start. There should also be some guidance for when entering the property and finding the room (other than room number and floor). It's a bit of a rabbit warren after a long journey and following the confusion around meeting times and arrangements to pick up the keys. When the person arrived with the keys - he was not very welcoming and could barely tell me where I needed to go. However, the text instructions were helpful when they arrived.

The location was excellent for my needs. It's a good space with a huge TV. Excellent shower power!

I didn't like the fact I had to wait to check in and that I had to meet host to gain access and get the key. Although host was responsive, the waiting was not convenient.

The apartment doesn’t have blinds as stated in the pictures. - Wasn’t sanitised, found stains on the bed when checked in as-well as hair all over the bed. - Overall level of hygiene is disgusting, don’t waste your money, bathroom was horrendous

Title of address should be changed from "The Cube Side Apartments" to the correct one which is "Centenary Plaza Apartments. Address given as Holliday Street, Birmingham, B1 1TS is correct.

The bedroom window would not close completely as the gap in the window is so fast the breeze coming through is absolutely horrendous, you can hear the noises of the extractor fans of the buildings below i.e. the restaurants and they are rather loud. Property owner was advised of the situation they cancelled and he refused to give me all my money back only 50%, The owner of the property is not a very nice man does not listen and I would advise you not to stay at this flat, I was not in the flat for no more than five minutes.I would not recommend this accommodation to anybody.

The property was clean and tidy, but the living room patio door which was so big had no curtains for privacy which on looking out of the window you can see into everybody else’s flat and into the shopping centre. There are railings for vertical blinds to cover the patio window but they have never been replaced.

Good afternoon, unfortunately I didn't get the chance to stay. I was out with friends and didn't get to the apartment to check in until 9.40pm, but I had until 10pm to check in however there was nobody there and I was being refused entry. Yes you had tried to contact me but I hadn't seen the emails, however I had until 10pm and I was there at 9.40pm. I would like to request a full refund as I should have been allowed to check in. Thank you
