Amazing apartment 🙌 couldn't fault it. Stayed for 2 nights perfect location. 15 mins walk from the centre. Carpark a stones throw away Highly recommend 👌

There was nothing to dislike. Our friends suggested a mirror and shelf/hooks would be a good addition in the en-suite.

Could have done with another comfortable seat in the living area so 3 people aren't sitting in a row on the sofa. A 2 seater sofa and 2 easy chairs would work better. Great to be left tea, coffee and sugar but actually salt, pepper and cooking oil would have been more useful.

Lovely, modern apartment in a great location near to the station and the town but quiet. Beds very comfortable. Despite being ground floor, as it is in a gated courtyard the property feels very secure.

Couldn’t get the heating and Wi-Fi to work. Rang the emergency number and everything was sorted quickly. There should be instructions for the heating and wi fi.

The view of the carpark wasnt too exciting and it seemed strange to us that there were two toilets downstairs and nothing upstairs but that seems to be a fairly normal English arrangement.

Lovely well positioned accommodation only a 5-10 minute walk from the railway station. Entry was very secure and the apartment had everything we needed.

We couldn’t get live TV which was a disappointment. I also found tissue behind the bedroom door, and an unflushed toilet when we arrived.

There were no stairs to our apartment. So climbing three flights of stairs with all of our bags, as we didn’t use suitcases due to only staying for 2 days, was a little hassle, however it wasn’t particularly an issue to us being 4 adults in our 20’s! But it wasn’t advertised clearly which may be an issue for other individuals wanting to book :)

Stayed 4 nights, no internet connection or TV streaming(Netflix)....tried 3 different network (as advised by host, but still could not connect. No big deal, still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was marvellous. It had everything we could want and it was beautiful and warm with lovely comfortable beds and linen.

The cushions on the bed are decorative but not really practical as we removed them on arrival and placed them back when we left.

Barely any hand soap and no shampoo or body wash. When enquired about this, we were told it was a self-catering accommodation and therefore didn't have this, however could've been better informed. Also, there is tea and coffee so definitely some things are offered and others not. It's not a deal breaker, but should be better clarified.

Very modern 2-bed/2-bathroom flat, very cozy and comfortable. We felt at home and actually thought it would be nice to own a flat like this! There is also a new Nespresso machine (for the new capsules), you just need to bring the capsules (we were not told before hand abou this, but we could only bring capsules for the old machines so it didn't affect us much). Walking distance from the city centre and easy to get around, we walked everywhere.

I went to the wrong address looks like we are trying to break into someone else's apartment. Please give more details where about the location. For example, the apartment is at the end of the road. It makes it easy for tourists from overseas.

Lack of toilet rolls and fridge could have been wiped and cleaned (crumbs and bits of food from previous customers staying in the property).

Location was perfect, just a short walking distance to city centre and round the corner from the train station. Easy check in and out with information proovided regarding gate codes and key location.

Its location was not in a great area. Whilst being very acceptable, we would not describe it as a luxury apartment. I could not work out the floor plan beforehand. I thought that one bathroom was upstairs, but both were downstairs, next to the main bedroom with a double bed. My son and daughter in their thirties had to share the small upstairs bedroom with two single beds,, as the stairs were too steep for me (aged 64, had broken my ankle last year) to descend them during the night (my daughter and I had been planning to share the small bedroom). The bath taps appeared to be broken and we could not get them to work at all. (For those unfamiliar with English shower taps, the left hand side was for water volume only. One had to hold the knob down whilst turning the right hand side towards one to obtaiin hotter water.) We would have liked a small draining rack to drain our washing-up - too little for the dishwasher.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was conveniently close to a small Sainsbury's.

The apartment was on the ground floor and we could only open the window slightly. The window was looking onto the street so the curtains had to be closed at all times. The apt was very hot and stuffy even though a fan was provided. To make matters worse people were constantly smoking outside the apt.

This is not a negative against the property but the bed was so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep well as the mattress was to soft for us as we are used to very firm mattress at home.

Room smelled sewer gas, unable to open the window as it was at the street level, people from adjacent building smoking, room has no drawers, just a few clothes hangers, no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Great Italian restaurant next door, cheap tasty food and no corkage fees. BYOB.
