We liked everything, good value for the money.

The property was marvellous. It had everything we could want and it was beautiful and warm with lovely comfortable beds and linen.

Barely any hand soap and no shampoo or body wash. When enquired about this, we were told it was a self-catering accommodation and therefore didn't have this, however could've been better informed. Also, there is tea and coffee so definitely some things are offered and others not. It's not a deal breaker, but should be better clarified.

Very modern 2-bed/2-bathroom flat, very cozy and comfortable. We felt at home and actually thought it would be nice to own a flat like this! There is also a new Nespresso machine (for the new capsules), you just need to bring the capsules (we were not told before hand abou this, but we could only bring capsules for the old machines so it didn't affect us much). Walking distance from the city centre and easy to get around, we walked everywhere.

I went to the wrong address looks like we are trying to break into someone else's apartment. Please give more details where about the location. For example, the apartment is at the end of the road. It makes it easy for tourists from overseas.

Pillow case was dirty, wall next to my son's bed was filthy, damp/leak stains on ceiling, two lights in living area not working, nowhere to put toothbrushes in bathrooms, couldn't turn off air conditioning in bedroom. Litter around the apartment had been missed when cleaned prior to our stay. Definitely not 'luxury' and certainly not worth the rate I paid.

All necessary kitchen equipment provided. Good shower pressure.

With an allowance of 4 people to stay, providing 4 coffee pods total (2 normal 2 decaf) over a total stay of 5 nights is quite poor. There should be a container so guests can grab at their convenience and it can last the stay, otherwise, it'd be best to just remove the machine altogether. Also, a lot of the cutlery and pans weren't cleaned. When we went to use them they looked as though they'd just been rinsed by the previous guest, but not actually cleaned, so it could be worth paying a bit more attention to that.

Great location, easy to get to with great access to the Coastliner bus and town centre. Very comfortable and has a small grocery store nearby

We rented 2 apartments at this location. One had a dishwasher but it was non-functioning. The other apartment did not have a dishwasher. The oven in one of them had a problem with the fan and so we were unable to cook with it. On the day of check out one of the toilets would not flush. The communication with the facility was very good however and they were responsive.

The location was fantastic for what we needed. Very close to the train station as well as a short walk into town. We were right by a main portion of the city wall. The apartments were clean and tidy.

I couldn’t figure out how to turn the heating up but also didn’t properly check so not really a complaint. A little cold at night. Entrance to the property a little hidden but again hardly an issue.

Very stylish, very quiet and close to town. Also high level of care given to cleaning - it was immaculately clean and tidy. Furnishings are lovely and just an overall modern and well dressed apartment.

Internet connection is a big problem you get virtually no signal within the apartment the internet does not work at all the tv won’t connect to internet so you are unable to watch Netflix or any other application.

It was modern the bed was very comfortable was in a good location all major attractions were within a half an hour walk the shop at the end of the road was open late good for last minute items gated entrance made the apartment feel very secure.
