The location is great and easily accessible to all tourist's favourite places. The apartment is great, modern refurbished, and clean. 2 ensuite bathrooms, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave. All dishes and glasses, cutlery are also available. The sofa is very comfortable. Nice view from the living room. The car park is across the road and cheap. Local pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, Local Sainsbury’s and Tesco. Very nicely designed apartments. Recommend.

We could have used a chest of drawers for clothes

Location was great. walking distance to train station and to city centre. Lots of restaurants around, supermarket on the corner, and parking lot up the street. Laundry facilities, wifi, good kitchen. Very clean and comfortable.

Apart from the TV not connecting to the internet, everything else was absolutely fine!

Very accurate information regarding access, location etc. Very thorough guide/guestbook in the property which was very clean and well appointed. Internet connection was great. Car park less than a minute's walk away and there was a supermarket right at the end of the road, as well as a cinema and several restaurants and cafes. Town centre, Shambles, 10-15 min walk away.

Struggling to find fault, the only minor issue would be that the bathrooms could smell of dampness.

A home away from home, this property offered myself and my family the perfect base to explore York! Excellent location and fantastic apartment with everything we were looking for and more.

Our initial access to the property was difficult. We received no details of how to access it. Via the app or email or junk email, I may add. And due to the weekend we had to contact the emergency number which was a third party security firm who then had to call us back so essentially we were stood outside the property with our bags feeling slightly silly.

Both bedrooms had skylights with no blinds, which meant we got woken earlier than we would have liked by the light streaming into the room. We were visiting in February; this would be much worse in the height of summer.

The location was great for us and the apartment had everything you need to make a home away from home for a few days. The decor was lovely and the apartment was very clean. Beds and sofas were comfortable.

No Venetian blind in living room. This would be needed for privacy since the a flat in on the ground floor. There was an office block just opposite and staff regularly had smoking breaks outside standing right opposite living area window.

Everything was of a high standard and spotlessly clean. Very central location., just 3 minutes from the station and also not far from any tourist sights.

The living area was a bit small for 3 of us and there could have been a TV in the large bedroom. Also the TV did only had streaming services and was very slow to connect

Very good, quiet location in a lovely modern, comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen, coffee machine with pods, sugar and teabags. Great to have a dishwasher too, washing up liquid and pods supplied too. Also liquid hand soap in dispensers in both bathrooms - these little things do matter and are appreciated! High standard of cleanliness throughout. Sainsburys local at top of the road, easy access to town centre.
