We were charged for some food which we hadn't had. It was a good job my husband checked the bill over. The staff sorted this for me and deducted it from bill.

Very clean Not much near hotel Only about 5 minutes into town centre in car or taxi. Not many shops. Staff friendly and hotel very clean and warm Food was delicious

Fabulous luxurious hotel. Gorgeous rooms, very clean and well stocked with tea and coffee etc. Even had chocolates on the pillows!! Meal was proper restaurant quality. Very friendly staff Thank you so much.

Hotel booked for a small catch up meet between 3 couples on overnight stay, on arrival very friendly and can honestly say I've stopped in 4* hotels with worse rooms: Large, well equipped, own terrace, simply excellent. Booked in for evening meal and the food was lovely all round, especially the Seafood Fettucini. Breakfast next day was very tasty also, with plenty of choice and lots to eat. Finally, I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff who looked after us from arrival until leaving, so friendly and attentive, you were all worth your weight in gold.

We have stayed at the Craven Heifer several times and are always more than happy with our stay . Breakfast is made with quality ingredients and sets you up for the day ,we eat in the restaurant in the evening and are never disappointed .We request the same room each time it is comfortable and meets most of our requirements, bed is comfortable and it is always clean and provides drink making facilities and toiletries. The grounds of the hotel are very neatly kept and the outside eating area is always clean and is lovely to sit and relax when the sun is out .

Super clean, fabulous shower. Beds very comfy. Staff very welcoming & helpful. I am celiac which they accommodated both at breakfast and a delicious evening meal. Lovely area for walking and places to visit. Electric charging points in car park a bonus.

There’s nothing to dislike.

Beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious dining area, nice sized bedrooms and there is a nice beer garden at the back with lovely gardens. Plenty of car parking space. There are rooms in the main building but most bedrooms are in 2 buildings at the back of Inn. Each bedroom has tea and cofffee making facilities, telephones, TV, ironing board and iron, an umbrella in case it’s raining to walk across to main building, bottles of water, in fact they’ve thought of everything. The restaurant is excellent. Good choice on menu, always beautifully presented and all the staff are so friendly and. helpful.
