Everything was perfect.

First of all the owners are lovely, everytime I came down for breakfast they welcomed you and the lady even said “usual” haha. I booked a single room, perfect for 1 person, nice and spacious and a perfect size bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. They asked you if you wanted anything for your room when you went down in the morning for breakfast. Recommend it that much that I have booked again for next year!

bird poo on my car haha (obviously nothing Adam and Kat could do) I parked under a tree over night and didn't realise the amount of birds that slept in that tree

Adam and Kat greeted us at the door and we were welcomed in, we chatted a while and then we went up to the room, myself and my young son unpacked our bag and he was excited to play darts and pool. Both Adam and Kat made were lovely, you couldn't ask for more, you can tell they liked their jobs and were happy to help in anyway possible. the room was perfect, lovely shower, tv (that worked!) beds were comfy, plenty of room and it was quiet, breakfast was lovely and at a good time.

Didn't find anything to dislike.

Greeted Good morning at breakfast. Friendly staff, asking if needing anything in the room each day. Was able to recommend some lovely places to eat. Area where you could relax watching fish in 3 massive tanks. Not far from the sea front. Good value for money, definitely booking again next year

Can't possibly say as nothing was of concern during our stay.

We liked Adam & Kat Their attention to detail was really good, and nothing was too much trouble to them, including providing extras (tea, coffee etc. If you needed or wanted anything,you just had to ask, you had your door keys. Brochures for things to do whilst you stay were available as you arrived in the entrance.

There's nothing I can complain about..Fantastic stay.

I stayed at The Craigside with my 12year old son for 2 nights whilst visting family. The stay was wonderful for what we needed it for. Literally a 3/4 minute walk to the beach and amenties, 10min walk from train station. Kat & Adam couldn't be more helpful. Considering there's 11 rooms in the house, it was quiet and had good sleep. Breakfast was included and was fantastic, hot and cold selections available. Rooms were modern, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Overall clean, friendly, homely, with breakfast included also great value for money....Always used a caravan for skegness but will definitely be back to stay here :)

Clean comfy bed. Breakaways fantastic. Hosts were friendly. Only 5 Minutes walk to the beach and restaurants just round the corner. Very convenient location central to all we needed.

Rooms were clean and modern, beds comfy and showers nice. Breakfast was brilliant with an option of what you wanted for breakfast. With great service and hosts couldn’t have asked for better people to run the place. Great place with minutes walk from places
