Had a problem finding the Hotel,due to lack of signage,but I believe it is being sorted out.

Excellent stay and Dinner was fabulous. The views were amazing over the loch. Also good that it was Pet Friendly.

Loved it here. Probably our most favourite hotel out of 20 in the last 2 months. Definitely the best view as nature is the best! You have to have tea at the restaurant also as that was delicious and could be our favourite 3 course meal in 2 months as well. It was perfection! Thank you!

Literally nothing!

I honestly don't know where to begin with this hotel but it's probably the nicest one I've ever stayed in. The staff are SO nice, friendly and fun. The hotel itself is beautiful, it's been decorated so well, the rooms are luxurious and the view from the rooms is mad. Everything is super clean and the bed is SO comfy, and also huge which is good if you've got a tall partner like me! The view from the garden of the hotel is breathtaking, great spot for a pint. Also, the food is lovely. It's very clear that this place has had a lot of heart and soul poured into it, and it shows!

Not so much a criticism, more of a bit of advice for future guests - It’s a small hotel with a small team. They are very responsive via email, so that’s the best way to get in touch if you need anything. Don’t expect a daily housekeeping service (unless you ask for it) and don’t expect to be able to pop down to reception and find a member of staff. They are busy folks!

Food was fantastic. It really exceeded our expectations. They clearly have a very talented chef, and the quality was something I’d expect from a top-notch, £100pp restaurant. Staff very friendly and welcoming, comfortable rooms. Location and views were absolutely as advertised!

Couldn't Fault the Place if i was really being picky the Road up to it just doesn't do the place justice but i would think it is a shared Access but what a surprisewhen you turn the corner at the Top the views from the Restaurant and Bedroom Fantastic ....

The Staff couldn't do enough for you especially Catrina absolutely Fantastic anything you needed they went out of their way to Help... Food again Fantastic couldn't Fault it ..Well the Room and View unbelievable and so Clean to think the Place is so Old with character really nice place will be going again in August for 5 days this time ...

I found it wasn’t well signposted. It was at the end of a narrow track and, as I arrived in the dark, it took a few loops around before I found it.

The location is lovely, the room was very clean and warm, and the bed was comfortable. I received a warm welcome from the manager on arrival. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.

When we arrived a bit early, the lights were off in the lobby and no one answered the bell. Took 30 mins waiting in the lounge before we were attended to.

The food here was absolutely exceptional - for such a small hotel, what an amazing chef! Bed was super-comfy and the view over the Loch was stunning.

The location was phenomenal, and the team that worked there we really really friendly, and have us a lot of really useful information and hiking trails. The food was sensational. Honestly an all round amazing hotel.

Didn't like the huge dresser with mirror in front of the window. Took up too much space and obstructed the woodland view.

During our stay at Craigdarroch Hotel, we were treated to a beautiful view of Loch Ness while waiting for sunset. The dinner they served was not only delicious but also impressively presented, exceeding my expectations. The staff was exceptionally lovely as well.

My only minor complaint was that communications were a bit patchy by email; my requests had all been addressed but I didn't get confirmation until I arrived.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was modern, spacious and clean, with great views over the Loch. The hotel restaurant was exceptional; creative cooking, generous portions of fresh local ingredients at a reasonable price, and the bar had some decent beers. I was on a room-only tariff but the breakfast could be booked the night before and was also of the highest quality.

We have never stayed on the East Side of the Loch before. Foyers has a lovely viewpoint but it is a bit 'off the beaten track'. Not a problem really, but as the restaurant closed at 8 it was a bit of a problem as we'd travelled a long way and just wanted to eat and have a few drinks. I should have read the 'small print' as the hotel did explain that this was so. Thankfully we'd brought some snacks so all was not lost. The place was a bit quiet and we felt it lacked atmosphere...but im really splitting hairs here.

Fabulous room. VERY comfortable bed and great shower. Staff were so lovely, approachable and went the extra mile. Great views over Loch Ness.
