After a few days researching options to stay over in Plymouth for my partners birthday/staycation I picked the Craft House. This venu proved to be a fantastic choice! The hosts are wonderful, helpful and welcoming, the rooms are to the highest standard in all regards. Parking permits were a huge help in making the stay even easier and the breakfast was perfectly cooked, huge variety using locally sourced, top quality ingredients. The morning coffee was even barista quality!! I'm trying to find a reason to stay again later in the year, truly a hidden gem xx

Nothing, all was lovely

We stayed here for the summer sessions and it's literally a stones throw from plymouth hoe. Suzy and Ian were very welcoming. You can park outside, go and obtain a parking permit from the hotel. It's £8.00 a day and you have to leave by 10am, or you can extend the parking via RingGo app. Room comfortable and clean. We stayed in room 7. Thanks, Suzy and Ian 😊

Lovely individual hotel if you are looking for something a bit different. Exceptionally clean and staff couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had as it was all fresh and local.

The decor is amazing and unique, and everything has been carefully and thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed our stay immensely and were so comfortable. Ian & Suzy are lovely hosts, we enjoyed meeting them.

Perfectly located near to the Hoe. Suzy and Ian (and Twiglet) were fantastic hosts. They made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Our room was very comfortable - the shower was great! The hotel is so interesting with its craft themes. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.

Beautifully renovated property just a few minutes walk from The Hoe. Ian & Suzy we’re very friendly and helpful. My room was well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast on both days. I didn’t get time to take advantage of the crafts and games available, but hope to do so next time

This was a great place to stay whilst in Plymouth. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The decor was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great too. I would recommend it to anyone.

It was all great!

Very friendly service, made to feel very welcome by Ian and nice to meet Twiglet. The room was comfortable, very quiet, nice bed. Bathroom and shower very good. Excellent breakfast and coffee. We will definitely stay here again when we're next in Plymouth.

Recently renovated to a very high standard, we had a cosy double which was fine for 2 and gorgeous decor. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, breakfast also great. It was a perfect location for us as close to the Barbican area for food and drink and walking distance to the Brittany ferry terminal. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

This is a personal preference. I was satisfied for what was provided, given the cost of the room.

The Craft House is a charming home that husband and wife team, Susie and Ian (please excuse spelling!) have created with design features to compliment the home itself. Lovely wall colors welcome the bricolage that decorates the walls and floors of the house. It is very cozy, and this lovely couple graciously address one's needs. The room itself was cozy, in a sweet corner of the hall, lending windows that look out in two directions for a nice view and fresh air. Access to the wonderful path leadng to the city center is a moment's walk away. And access to the ferries is also easy. I recommend this lovely guest hotel and commend the owners for their efforts to create a gracious stay for their clients.
