Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately there was a power cut on the second morning but this couldn’t be helped as was external, this meant we left earlier than planned. Staff kept us well updated and we were offered a partial refund in price for the nights stay.
Lovely boutique hotel, staff were very friendly. Lots of lovely little touches such as continental breakfast brought to the room each morning.

United KingdomThe Cow Hollow is such a gorgeous boutique hotel! The staff were SO friendly and there were lots of little complimentary touches. Breakfast, complimentary coffee throughout our stay and the prosecco and nibbles was such a lovely idea, perfect to enjoy just before going out! The room had everything we needed (including hairdryer, straightener & curlers!), and the bed was super comfortable. It's in a great location, we really loved the northern quarter, everything was walking distance and loads of cool bars, pubs, restaurants, and cafes! The ONLY downside was that the room is just slightly on the small side, it's not a big issue, especially for a city break where you're out exploring but we had two large suitcases which were slightly in our way. Regardless, we'd definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Lots of nice little extras, such as Prosecco and nibbles, free hot drinks, breakfast goodie bag; the room had hairdryer, straighteners, curling tongs, separate body wash, shampoo and conditioners; staff told us everything we needed to know; very close to anything you could want to do in Manchester.

United KingdomThe rooms are somewhat cosy, and somewhere to hang clothes would be good. However, the rooms were comfortable, well designed and clean.
The location of the hotel was ideal. The staff at the hotel were superb: so friendly and attentive. We particularly liked the breakfast delivered to our room, the Prosecco/soft drink between 5-7, and the milk and cookies before bed time was a lovely touch. We will definitely recommend this hotel.

United KingdomWe stayed sun-thurs so had a large suitcase. No wardrobe/drawers/storage space at all. Couldn’t properly unpack clothes. The bedroom was literally the bed and had to open the suitcase in the bathroom to be able to open it wide enough.
Free breakfast was amazing, tea/coffee/orange juice/banana/pastry AND granola&yoghurt. Set us up perfectly each day! Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location, few minutes walk from lots of shops & places to eat, but still far away enough from busy streets. Bed was so comfortable with soft duvet and pillows. Would stay again for sure!
