The day time staff were amazing but the night time guy was shocking bad attitude and forced me to pay extra for drinks I ordered shots witch I had done all day and told me I had to pay for the mixer even if I didnt have the mixer with it. The rooms were very dusty and not very clean apart from that it was a pleasent stay

Beware, parking is limited. I tried to book in advance but the car park was already full. I was told there was plenty of free parking at the front and behind. I arrived 5 hours before checkin - on a sunny Saturday - and drove round and round Llandudno looking for a space for over an hour. Parking on front is free after 4pm until 10am so you do have to remember to make payments Few niggles with room eg shower was just a dribble, no milk, cracked window

Shower cubicle door didn't shut, the TV remote didn't turn TV on or off, bathroom was too small

Shower curtain, moves with the water pressure so kept sticking to me when I moved. Solid screen would be better. Water was only Luke warm There was a nice selection for breakfast but again only Luke warm

I like the full size kettle and cups, although no biscuits. Bed linen and towels where spotless. Good lighting and there was good hanging space and plenty mirrors. Staff where very friendly and helpful

Many broken things such as window handle, shower head, noisy floor, heating wasn’t proper and hot water took long times to come.

Nothing worst hotel room stayed in so far windows misty from coroded seals damp paches on the sealing, Cracked sink with hole in, damaged wall in the bathroom pushed all tiles out by the sink, not enough sockets and heating dident work in the room.

Very good hotel for the price. Hotel looks a bit shabby from the outside but the room was comfortable, decorated in a simple tasteful style, and clean. Had a peaceful nights sleep both nights- no noise from other guests. Staff and other guests were pleasant. Location right in seafront, about 10 min walk from pier. Would visit again

Above ground floor looks tired and dated, in the corridors and bedrooms, but that reflects in the good price compared to other hotels in Llandudno be fair. I would stay there again.

Only problem was heating did not work had one electric heater in the room and didn’t like having that on in the night because of fire hazard so was very cold at night reported to staff they only offered to give another electric heater
