The property was fine. Nothing to say about that. My only complaint is about the area it’s located in. Nobody offered me any drugs.

The property itself is made all the better because of the host. She is smiley and warm. There was no end of hospitality and making sure I was looked after. This definitely stems from a life of diversity and exploration, travel, and life experiences. From local area information to making myself at home. She is very knowledgeable and quoted from “Pinky and the Brain” which is always great (in my books anyway)The house is very much a home and everywhere you look there is something neat to look at. A painting. A book. A view from the room. The room was clean, large and the pictures show it well. I found the bed comfortable and warm. And the pillow I used was SUPER comfortable. I need to get me one of them.

Host was a bit strange and insisted on a phone call with me before the stay. Which I couldn't do because I don't have a UK number and I have limited data. I asked them to write it in a message and they refused. The house was freezing! Like so cold we didn't even shower while there. Over all was good value for money but these things could be improved.

The kitchenette in the room isn’t placed very near to the sockets so you have to improvise.

The property was comfortable and clean, there was ample storage and amenities were included all for a very reasonable price.

Shared bathroom. The people we shared were great so we got on well and didn’t care. This would be an ideal stay for a family of 4

A central location with security. Once the gate was closed this very private space was peaceful and quiet. The kitchen had all you needed, a separate sitting room, and attentive host, great views from the balcony and roof terrace.

The owner was really friendly, welcoming and helpful - even when I was checking in at 8:30 in the evening! The bedroom was spacious and light, the kitchen was filled with utensils so that I could cook and the bathroom was lovely!

Convenient location for work. Property was like home from home. All the amenities that you could possibly need and more. Nice little personal touches (ear plugs, tea and coffee, fresh water on arrival). Great hostess who sends you texts messages with relevant info how to find property etc. overall very happy and will be staying again.

Absolutely one of the best places we’ve stayed. Deidre was incredibly warm and helpful and communication was excellent. The room is gorgeous, access to the rooftop and balcony is stunning and the whole place is so homely and tasteful. There’s little extra touches like travel PowerPoints and biscuits and candles and bikes. We loved our stay and wished we could have extended our time. Can’t thank you enough Deidre, we hope to be back soon.

I booked that house for my wife and daughter. They said it was amazing one night stay. That’s what they texted me: “The decor, little things, treats, musical instruments, board games made us feel like home. We enjoyed views from balcony, jasmine scent and tomatoes grown in a pot. Communication with Deirdre was brilliant. She is so friendly, hospitable and helpful ”

Be aware that there is no parking nearby but there is street parking about 5 mins walk away. Otherwise nothing - this place was perfect!

I LOVED this place. The communication from the host was beyond what you would expect - Deirdre is so lovely and happy to help out with recommendations or any other requests. The room has everything you could need and is a good size. It felt like staying in a bedroom which was so lovely! It was a shame about the weather too as the balcony was beautiful. The location is also excellent. This place has made me want to move to Bristol.

The room was very light, so I was awake earlier than I needed to be.

Excellent, friendly host. They provided a lot of snack and light breakfast items with tea/coffee facilities also in the room. Superb value for money.

No bad comments! This house was stunning.

The room I shared with my partner was phenomenal. Plenty of bed space and comfort was brilliant. The weather held up amazingly and we also had the luxury of a bedroom terrace to open up in the afternoon and morning to keep the breeze going. Beautifully decorated house that looks homey and comforting, a roof terrace that looked out over fields and the neighbourhood as well! All of the facilities we had access to were clean, easy to access and for a first experience, I’m very pleased :))
