The Post code for the Hotel takes you to an adjacent street!! - Taxi at night in dark & the same in the morning - Nightmare !!!!-especially as DLR wasn’t working near Hotel Ok if you have maps on your phone!!!

Overall it was great but the cutlery and utensils they provided could include a better knife that's such a nitpick but I cooked dinner only to realise that I had to cut the chicken with a tiny tiny knife. Also the pool was out of order but ultimately that's the only down sides otherwise it was great !

Really good location and an amazing place to stay. The overall experience was great and it had everything you need for a really nice time.

Skirting boards, windowsill, and shelves were full of thick dust/dirt. Mattress was sagging all over. Television was turning itself on every 5-10 mins which was reported to staff but no-one bothered to fix it. Shower is very small, someone with a bigger frame would not fit in.

Helpful staff at reception. Location is great for easy access to Greenwich and the city.

The bed seemed smaller than a double, but it was a bed for the night so that's fine! Unfortunately though, the mattress was too soft and quite uncomfortable. Also, there was a huge draft from the window (which the bed was up against), so it was really cold all night. Because of this, we both got very little sleep. Also, there was no cutlery in the kitchen, apart from 2 tea spoons (im aware we could have asked you for cutlery but it was late and we had already got upstairs with our food!).

Lovely apartments and perfect location for going to the o2! Staff seemed very nice and it was nice and clean. We loved having tea and coffee facilities, always needed! I would consider staying here again if needed.

Cleanliness is questionalble. Skirting boards, windowsill, and higher shelves were dirty/covered with thick dust. Mattress sagging Shower extremely small. Someone with a bigger frame would not fit in there at all

My room was off, can’t watch Tv while laying on bed, the sauna and ham-am was not working even when I lodged a complaint to the receptionist nothing was done whatsoever, not even a complimentary gesture.

The proximity to the railway makes sure you start sleeping very late and wake up early. The sound resonates in the room and the building vibrates

Bathroom was just too small. Water going on floor when using sink, the shower you have to make sure your elbows are tucked in otherwise they'll be banged every moment, and you have no room to dry yourself

The reception staff told me the rooms are all a 10 minute wait and I waited over 25 minutes and she was serving customers for 10 of those minutes giving them keys to the room while me and another couple waited all the time. I was in a rush to a dinner reservation due to this and lost a £50 deposit.

Wonderful hotel, the views were amazing and the facilities were exceeding expectations to say the least. Had an amazing time.

Room could have been cleaner. The floor was quite bitty, the shower surround needed a good de-scale and the bin in the bathroom was dusty. I did book the smallest room but the bathroom was smaller than I expected. I’d book a bigger room next time (and I’m quite a small person!).

Great amenities (pool, bar, café, workspaces). The member of staff serving in the cafe and bar was really polite and efficient.

Not suitable if you are a large person. Bathroom was tiny and I did have trouble manoeuvering in the shower and the bathroom itself. Cutlery, plates, pans etc are on request from the reception desk only. Jacuzzi was out of use for two of the days as was the steam room.

Friendly staff, lovely view from the pool on the top floor, clean but compact. Towels for pool provided. Very close to Crossharbour DLR station and there is an Asda a short walk away. Easy to get to Greenwich, the O2 Arena and Canary Wharf. Value for money.
