Nothing! Only comment I would suggest is maybe bigger towels? I’m a big girl so didn’t fit all the way around - not anyone else’s fault though!

I think once the downstairs and outside’s works been done it’ll look fab! If it’s anything like how the inside has been decorated it will be fab! Bed 10/10, decor and overall room had a warm and calm feel to it!

No negatives, it was fantastic.

Location is great, next to all the amusements, restaurants and bars. Bed was so comfy, when I woke I'd forgot I was in a hotel bed and not my own! Decor is lovely and incredible attention to detail all the way down to provided makeup wipes / ear buds etc.

Amy and her partner are renovating the building and creating a coffee shop downstairs. The exterior does not match what lies inside but we are sure that once the exterior is completed it will look as fantastic as the rooms.

It's hard to find anything to critique, but if I had to reach for some things: The room was quite small. We adored it, and found it cosy and comfortable, but some individuals who prefer spacious rooms might be disappointed. Additionally, though there was a view of the ocean from our room, it was only visible standing up right by the window.

The room was incredibly cosy, well decorated, and clean. Hospitality was above and beyond too, with toiletries, soft towels, drinks, snacks and more provided. The bed was comfortable, and there was a TV with view of the bed too. It's easy to tell a lot of care and passion was put into the room, both in the decor and service.

Still being refurbished, quite difficult to find entrance to property and first impression is worrying until you go inside to the rooms.

Due to no fault of the owner, the wifi installation had been delayed so we had to use our mobile data but owner was transparent about this. Also due to renovations, scaffolding outside the building but again this is because of upgrades and refurbishments that the owner was transparent about. We’re excited to come back and see the finished project :)

The room was exceptional, beautifully and thoughtfully designed - very modern and refreshing. We had a great nights sleep and the bed was comparable to sleeping on a cloud! Lots of home comforts and little touches to make our stay even better. The owner Amy was very laid back, welcoming and friendly! The location couldn’t be better, right next to the seafront with various local amenities and car parking within a short walking distance. We had a great time and will 100% be returning!

The location was excellent and on arrival we we're a little shocked at the exterior as it is being refurbished but when we was greeted by the most welcoming owners and shown to our room we was thrilled the accommodation was excellent and we will be returning thanks for everything we had a great stay

The only room for improvement would be a more visible sign to locate the hotel. Other than that 10/10!
