Unfortunately there is a slight smell of damp as you enter the property but this is only in the entrance hall and once you climb the stairs to the accommodation you can no longer smell it. Didn’t think the single bed was comfortable, to hard but that’s personal choice.

The apartment was in a lovely setting and perfect for access to Ilfracombe. It had everything we needed and was very clean and the parking provided was just outside the property. We had a great stay.

Just the sink tap in the bathroom could have been a mixer tap as the hot water was to hot for the kids.

The location, the fact that it was a solid building which meant that we couldn't hear anyone else around. The view from the lounge was brilliant, location to the marina and the major shops make this a perfect location.

The main bedroom bed was too hard for me, would be nice to have memory foam like the twin room.

Immaculately presented. Milk in the fridge on arrival for a much needed cup of tea, plus scones, cream and jam. Lovely large bedrooms. Memory foam mattress in the twin room, very comfortable. Downstairs utility was useful for us too.

The size of this apartment is much bigger than the photos suggest so was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Lovely high ceilings and very tastefully decorated. The apartment was spotless and the scones, jam, cream and milk left for us was a nice touch. Great view from living room window and beds were super comfy! The apartment itself is actually only about a 10 or 15 minute walk to the harbourside which you wouldn't get from a map so a wander down of an evening for ice cream was a nice way to get out without using the car. Only about a 20 minute drive to Woolacombe as well for those who like sandy beaches.Our family really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.

Seagulls on roof of the apartment woke us up at 4 am with very loud screeching. Whilst this seems picky, such problems can be eliminated by devices on the roof, as we have seen on many seaside apartments we stayed in.

Large, very clean, comfortable apartment, very well equipped and close to harbour and beaches. The host Abi was very friendly and helpful and we would not hesitate to stay again, and will be recommending the apartment to family and friends.

the only bit of feedback we have is a hand rail may be good on the stairs. we took my elderly nan who found it I little bit hard to get up and down without the support.

the property was stunning in walking distance from the main town. it was extremely clean.
