The parking arrangements were a little odd, but once the staff had explained what to do it was fine. Although very good, the cooked breakfast was not hot enough, and the tea & coffee were also lukewarm.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and facilities were excellent and the food was lovely (we had dinner and breakfast). We loved the building which was full of character.

Some training for staff at reception and at the restaurant would greatly improve the experience. - no one at reception when we arrived to check in. There were no apologies when the receptionist arrived - a strange concept of bringing starters before the prosecco was served, and when we said we wanted to have the Prosecco first and then the starters it was respected but the waitress asked several times if we were now ready and when we wanted it served. For a smoother experience it would have been nice simply to check the glass to see if it was empty or not without having to ask the customers. We would come back anyways as these are details and we really enjoyed the hotel and the food was delicious

We ate in the hotel for two consecutive nights because the food and service as excellent. Lovely room and a bonus being able to sit and enjoy a drink in the lovely garden.

Loved they are dog friendly and accommodate eating arrangements for you. Location of the hotel is in the heart of Tetbury and has parking. Staff were all very friendly . Would definitely recommend. Loved the ‘dog package’ with the bowl, bed and blanket’

The parking was very tight, trying to cram too many cars in gave very little room to actually get out and of your car!!

The welcome was excellent, and quality of hotel was superb, very impressed. The breakfast was good and served promptly.

A small comment really, the one bedroom of the two which was smaller was a bit hard going for the money really. The wardrobe was creaky and the door didn't shut when clothes were hung inside and it was pretty wobbly too so we hung our outfits off the high window ledge. Certainly didn't bother us too much, just a bit surprising really considering how fantastic the hotel is.

Charming hotel and staff, atmospheric bar and extremely comfortable beds. It was treat for my friends 60th birthday and she loved everything about the hotel. Beautiful gardens and easy parking too. Wonderful breakfast. Could have done with breakfast finishing at say 9.45/10 , 9.30 meant we had to move swiftly after a night out!

The rooms were a tad small but had so much charm. Parking took a minute to figure out but was fine once we found it per the message sent.

Such a comfy and beautiful property in the heart of town. Amazing breakfast, great staff.

The hotel should say it has limited parking. The fairly small car park and overflow area were both full when we arrived tired and ready to park up and go to our room, so we had to go away and park in the road. Not the end of the world, just frustrating when parking was included in the hotel description. The upside was the lady on reception, Dana, who went out of her way to resolve the situation. She also later came up to the room to tell us that we could dine at the time we wanted to, having previously told us we could not. The next day she provided a cone to reserve us a parking space and even came out with us to do it. More hotels could do with a Dana

Disappointed to find that the price I had paid had been reduced by £100 for 2 rooms for the night that I had pre- booked & paid for.

Accommodation & food was excellent. Staff were friendly & professional.

Check in at earliest 4pm and check out by 11am not generous considering the £240 room cost. Limited parking. Luckily we arrived early and left the car whilst walking around the town. Made us reluctant to leave the car park to venture out since there are not enough parking places for the rooms, or so it would appear.

Service very good. Location perfect for looking around the town. Excellent breakfast. Large double room extremely spacious. Super king comfortable bed. Unusually comfortable pillows. Lovely garden for outside drinks and snacks.
