Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

2nd time we've stayed here so we knew what to expect. Fair priced rooms, Nice Hot showers with fluffy towels. In the pub , helpful welcoming staff. With a good choice of breakfast options and reasonably priced menu serving good pub grub.

United KingdomMy room didn't have a chain on the door and it was a bit unnerving knowing it was directly outside, but the site is generally well-lit (bar some areas of the carpark). I could lock the latch closed for peace of mind. My room was past the archway so very little noise, but I don't think I would've enjoyed my stay as much if I'd had a room overlooking the carpark.
Plenty of parking, perfect location for where I needed to be and Hungry Horse pub on doorstep for food and drink. "Motel" style room was a novelty. Room was a great size albeit a bit tired/in need of some TLC, but for the price it does the job! Shower was powerful and hot. I'll definitely be back.

United KingdomCleaner's do not get into edges of the table, food from previous day still next to legs of the tables. Dust build up in corners and edges, the manager's should pick this up. In the room it is the same edges and corners have layers of dust. Walls have marks from dirty hands in the main room, dirt mark on the tiles in the bathroom.

United KingdomRoom: the Exelair didn't work in the bathroom and the temperature tap was hard to move, luckily I was able - with some effort - to move it to a cooler setting. I did mention this to the reception staff. The location wasn't the quietest, due to the main road, but this was explained on the website
The place was easy to find and the parking conveniently outside the room. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room was a nice size (twin) and clean. We ate in the restaurant and the staff were, again, friendly - there was 1 bar person who didn't quite measure up to the rest. The food was nice and didn't take long to come out. Check-out was easy and efficient, staff were still friendly. I needed to find a place I wished to visit, the staff did everything they could to find it for me

United KingdomThe property seems really aged, the carpets, the walls and the bathrooms are in need of upgrade. any money spent should also consider the benefit of improving the equipment in the rooms e.g. if an iron and board are to be provided then they should be of good quality and not prone to collapsing or burning clothes.
The staff were really nice, in particular the lady who served breakfast in the morning. In general the hotel is really ok but it is lacking investment, it looks as though it has been many years since the facilities were upgraded, the carpets are worn, the beds rock hard and the bathrooms made from the early 90s. To be clear the hotel is clean, no question on the cleaners, this is down to a decision by the hotel owners and their willingness to invest in the property to do so would definitely be the icing on the cake.
