We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was very clean, but had I think been last checked quickly. The hotel’s large tea pack was left in my room and the tv remote was missing. I would have liked to have had a hairdryer. Electrical sockets not in the most useful places.

The staff were super lovely, helpful and really wanted to help with every detail. We arrived late after a 10 hour cycle ride. It was quiet and we had a peaceful peaceful.night's sleep. The surrounding countryside inland is stunning for cyclists. And the cycle path alongside the canal is stunning. It's also lovely to see so many local people coming for coffee / coffee/ meetings in the morning. Lovely having the bath too.

United KingdomDespite travelling with a child no consideration was made regarding placing us in a room above their own pub/club which was opposite another pub/club. Therefore there was loud music and noise past midnight. Though there was a car park it is down the road from the hotel and not big enough for the amount of guests. On arrival I was directed to park in it but found it overfull (people has even parked on the no parking markings). Due to the one way system I then had a 10 minute job to drive round to the hotel again and use on road parking (which is limited to one hour). I later found out that if the person who had told me to park in the car park has taken a second they actually have cameras of the car park and they could have seen that it was too full and saved me wasted time and effort with a 7 year old in tow. The extra blanket supplied in the room was dirty and had stains on it.
The breakfast was good. The bed was cosy. They set up a very nice camp bed as well. The room temperature was comfortable. Bathroom was good size. Staff were friendly. The location was good to access local shops/food places. Free wifi worked well.
