Our 6th stay in a Castle Collection property and, as with previous bookings, we had an excellent stay. The apartment, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, was extremely comfortable and roomy. It is in a very handy part of the city and the quality experienced means we will continue to book again and again.

The large singe-pane windows and high ceilings made it a little cool inside, but that's a minor quibble.

Great location. Easy check in and check out. Large 2 bedroom suite. Large kitchen/living room/dining room space. Large bathroom with ample hot water.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment but one of the rooms has no door. Slight issue with lack of privacy as we were 2 couples.

The property was amazing. It was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was like “home from home”. We had a slight issue with there being no hot water and the problem was sorted out within 10 minutes and we was also provided with a later checkout free of charge. A great location smack bang in the centre of the Liverpool.

The water was scolding hot. Be very careful in the shower. The shower ( in our apartment: 1st floor, apt 1) the shower temperature gauge was very difficult to adjust - I had to get my husband to turn the temp down as I couldn’t physically turn the tap. The apartment looked amazing and a lot of thought had obviously gone into the living area of the apartment, unfortunately it didn’t run into the bedrooms. The beds were “ok” not “premier inn” beds but not awful. The duvets & covers were a bit shabby & thin. The heater in the main bedroom didn’t work ( it was still a bit chilly at night) and the rooms could have done with some reading lamps.

Very secure. Great location. Very spacious apartment. Well thought out lounge/kitchen/dining area. Clean and very modern. Good storage in bedrooms. Heated with storage heaters.

Good communication, nice clean and spacious room with everything you'd need for a self catering stay. Located in a fantastic location with restaurants, cheap eats, shops and entertainment close by. Despite being in the very heart of the city we heard no noise at night from our apartment.

The view from the Windows unfortunately looks out in to yards. But draw the curtains and it's gone. Not a complaint really as nothing can be done to change the position.

We managed to overflow one of the showers, but was fixed within 20 minutes of us reporting it.

Perfect for we two couples. Right in the middle of everything. We were very pleased with everything. Cosy. Plenty of glasses, china and cutlery.

The room had a two seater leather sofa that was difficult to get comfortable on. Although we weren't in the room a lot, when we were, it was hard to be comfy.

Central location and it's a beautiful building. There's a lift, it's a bit slow but it does the job. The room was spacious and clean. We didn't really use the kitchen, but having a fridge was handy. There was also a washing machine and a clothes airer, along with an ironing board and iron. The room also had a small safe. Towels were provided. We would definitely stay again.

There are few stair cases before you get the elevator which was a small hassle with pram.

It has to be the worst lift! We were 4th floor, and the lift only only worked 3 times.
