We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Booked in here and it was lovely. Slightly dated rooms but it did the job, bed was comfy and pillows were perfect for me. In a very peaceful area. Meal was excellent, and the beer garden was ace with the sun shining. Staff were very friendly and welcoming too. Also dog friendly. About a 10min walk to the shop.

United KingdomI'd say didn't like was a bit strong What i would say was the bathroom could maybe have done with at very least a hand wash so you could freshen up before you unpack.
The welcome and customer service was very friendly both checking in and out. 5 of us had booked dinner which was lovely, the waitress was very good, happy, cheery and had everything under control as she was doing the bar duties also. The room was basic but spotless. Tea and coffee facilities. Tv, heaters and hot water all spot on. There are no breakfast facilities which we were told about when checking in but we were given recommendations for eateries close by. When we checked out we had an hour and a half to wait for our train and we were told we were very welcome to stay in the lounge and were offered tea, although we didn't take up the offer it was much appreciated. A taxi was called for us and arrived swiftly.
