The windows didn't keep out all the noise from the trains which pass by the windows which can't really be helped and you quickly get used to the sound of the city but it could b noisy if u weren't used to city living. The heating was determined to boil us for the weekend but I sent a message to Abi and Charlie and that was quickly fixed so we could adjust the temp down and sleep much better. So overall nothing to put us off using the apartment again.

Well appointed, well situated little apartment. Perfect for all our needs for a few nights in Cardiff visiting my son. Very short walk to the Utilia arena where we watched a concert and literally across the road from the town centre and above Queen Street station. Really clean comfy beds easy to pull out sofa bed and generally a really lovely base for our break. Shower was really good (coming from a low water pressure area we love a shower that actually has water 😂). Easy to access to the apartment block and for the keys and just a thoroughly nice relaxing place to stay. Lovely extra touch of having access to all the streaming services set up with different accounts for each language.

The location was perfect, near all the shops , cafes and restaurants, a 10 minute walk to the castle. The spacious apartment was light and airy and very clean, beds were very comfortable and bed linen was spotless. Would recommend this apartment to everybody. 10 out of 10

Paying for parking spot which is quite a distance from the main building was a little bit problematic to us. Maybe because it was raining none stop. But it is a very safe car park, just next to the building and it is also well maintained.

Anybody travelling to a Cardiff would love this place. It is well located. You have a bus stop next to the building, a train station behind the building, shops and cinema opposite and the main mall in Cardiff is a few metres away. A walkable distance. You dont need a car to move around when you stay at this place. And when it comes to customer service, the host is a 10 plus. If you have an issue, he will be with you like Flash Gordon! Nice dude!

The beds are rather small for two persons, and the mattresses could be better. The bathtub leaked.

Nice three bedroom apartment on a good location. Easy access to the city center. Fully equipped kitchen. Just two key sets, but you can use the outside safety box for key storage.

Cleanliness was average, and you could hear the trains passing by....not too bad if the windows are closed.

The lifts and corridors are a little tired and slightly smelly,but don't let that lower your expectations the apartment itself is lovely! The balcony could also so with a good clean,although there is nothing you can do about the birds making a mess so not expecting it to be sparkling!

Fantastic location to explore the city,great secure parking and very spacious apartment,the lounge area,balcony and bedrooms were a great size,little extra touches like tea & coffee being provided and the use of the apps on the TV realy are very thoughtful,we won't hesitate to come back,it was a fantastic stay thank you!

Unfortunately the code for entry into the building wasn't working, but fortunately there were enough people going in and out so that wasn't a problem. Would be worth checking the plumbing, as the loo made a bit of a racket when flushed!

Perfect location for me, easy to check in and out. Surprisingly quiet given how close it was to the middle of the city including main road and railway line.

Though everything was great it may be nice to receive complementary parking.

The property was easy to access and parking was available for an additional cost. The keys were available in a key box and the code was sent prior to arrival. The property is modern and very clean and is in prime location. Hosts were friendly and helpful also. Would definitely stay again.
