Limited parking - you only get a space if you're lucky. The bed wasn't very comfy and it was quite a way out if town.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it's just like a hotel! Very clean and had everything we needed.

Kitchen - missing knives Rooms - *very* small and compact, including a very small bathroom. Try to see if you can ask for the larger room during booking. Location - away from city centre (only a 10 min drive from downtown and 5 min drive from train station).

We were happy with the price, cleanliness, and large common kitchen in the accomodation. Check in was also very easy, but it required a phone to call them to get the codes to open the room -- message ahead if you do not have a phone.

Advertised as private shower, the shower was across the hall. No big deal I would have still booked if advertised as shared shower room!

We had to cancel our booking at short notice and Tas accommodations were very understanding and helpful with this. They were very quick to communicate and respond and were kind to give us a 50% discount.

Comfortable bed, off street parking, good kitchen facilities, use of separate living room with netflix. Clear instructions for entry to property on calling owner on arrival.

Had to move bed to plug in lamp, toilet door only opens a little due to size, apart from that property was great

I had a room at the front and the main road outside was a little noisy with the window open, but the double glazed windows are effective at keeping the noise out.

An excellent place to stay if, like me you do not need to be in the centre of Cambridge.

The shower was scaldingly hot and I was unable to use it as the control to turn it down was stuck. I had to buy a towel on the way into work so I could use the workplace showers. This was highly inconvenient. I rang TAS when I got to work and they said sorry.

It's some distance to the town centre and if looking for it while driving at night, it's difficult.

Accommodation: Clean and comfortable. The entire place was spotless. I felt safe and secure, travelling alone and at unsociable times this is important to me. Parking: Easily able to park off the road, important when you have to travel by car. Communication: All enquiries swiftly replied to and any requests met. Clear booking in instructions. Couldn't be more helpful - went above and beyond to help me. I've stayed twice now and will definitely stay again.

Only small quibbles. Bathroom a bit small but serviceable. Extractor fan was a little loud. Only has small notice on wall of house. House numbers on street hard to spot while driving.

We were running a little late on expected arrival time. Staff called with self-check in details, which was quite easy. All clean and tidy, including shared kitchen area. Plenty of fridge space, though we were only staying one night. Good value, particularly as it was a bit last minute visit to Cambridge.

The room we had was at the front and the traffic noise was constant. The double glazing needs replacing, even with the windows closed it made no difference to the noise.

Not their fault, but the heat made the room almost unbearable and stuffy. And there's no air condition. So had to keep the windows open the entire stay.

Traffic noise given that the room was ground floor and fronting the street.

room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean which was ok as we are not big adults. Having parking was a bonus.This was exceptional value given that we stayed on a Friday night. Would definitely stay again.

a little problem with communication, my English is at a low level, so when friends decided to stay one day longer it was a bit complicated to extend the stay, the most important thing was that we managed
